Niguel Shores Ocean View w/Private Putting Green at Monach Beach -Townhome Sleeps 4-6
Niguel Shores is an exclusive gated, residential community with 24 hour gate attendant. The community has beautiful walking paths, green-belts, pool, spa, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court and private playground. The private beach access to 'The Strands' at Monarch Beach, one of California's favorite beaches and surfing spots, is an added bonus.
This is a lovely, bright and airy single level townhome with a 'Pottery Barn' feel and look. The townhome has been furnished with the owners personal enjoyment in mind. The comfortable beds are by 'Diamond' and the sheet thread count for the Master is 500. There is a convertible den with a full-size sleeper sofa. For music lovers, there is a CD player in the living room with an iPod docking station. There is an iWake clock radio with an iPod docking station in each bedroom.
Golfers will enjoy the ocean view and sunsets while practicing their long putts on the private 3-hole putting green in the backyard!
Entering from the street you will walk through a gate into a private courtyard to access the front door. The courtyard provides another dining area. The backyard has sunset and ocean views, complete with gas BBQ, sitting, dining area and the three-hole putting green for all ages to enjoy.
Home owners and renters enjoy gathering at the private beach bluff park each evening to celebrate the lovely sunsets over dinner or a favorite appetizer and beverage. There is a private parking lot at the bluff for owners, renters and guests.
The beautiful beach is called 'The Strands' in Monarch Beach, a favorite surfing spot for many. This is the same beach to the famous St. Regis and Ritz Carlton Hotels and the newly developed 'Headlands' community with multi-million dollar estates.
Dana Point Harbor is less than a 5 minute drive south. This townhome offers easy access to Southern California's world class attractions: Disneyland, Sea World, San Diego's Wild Animal Park and Zoo, Legoland, in addition to Laguna Beach's Pageant of the Masters.
This is a wonderful and updated townhome with granite in the kitchen and the baths. It is a terrific value in the neighborhood. It comes complete with beach chairs, umbrella, towels and sand toys (for children).

We, a German couple with two kids at the age of two and five years, stayed approx. eight months in Mary Ann’s and Mike’s house and we cannot think of any other house that would have better fit our needs, expectations and hopes. The moment we arrived at the house we fell in love with it because of the countless small things that embellish the house. The landlord’s attention to detail is really impressive. The pacifying ocean view and the sunsets are also marvelous. We immediately felt (and got confirmed each and every day) that we were very lucky to be able to stay in this house. The neighborhood – a gated community – is very clean, pretty and it was very easy to orient ourselves with the nice pool, the tennis courts etc. There are lots of attractions and amenities nearby: lots of beaches, whale watching tours, several very good restaurants, groceries, shopping malls, art studios. And even the favorite attractions of our kids – Disney Land, Sea World, Legoland, Wild Animal Park and Discovery Science Center - were easy to reach. Mary Ann and Mike are very pleasant and relaxed landlords; they patiently and cordially answered all of our questions and concerns we had before and during our stay. We - sincerely - enjoyed each moment we spent there and it was not only our kids who cried when we left the home to return to Germany. We are pretty sure that everybody who has the chance to rent this house will feel very happy. If we ever come back to SoCal (hopefully we do!), this house will certainly be our place to be again.

This is a wonderful home in a lovely community. Just as the photos show, the home is beautifully decorated, fantastically located as well as clean, convenient and comfortable. The owners were great to work with! We would love to stay there again!

Why the Owner Chose Monarch Beach:
We chose this 24-hour guard gated community for all of the amenities it provides for us and our two school age children where they can be free and independent. We enjoy the community pool, jacuzzi, new club house, tennis courts, basketball court and large grassy playground. We are walking distance to the heart of Dana Point and a short drive north is Laguna Beach.
