We are located on beautiful Siesta Key, with private and direct access to the world famous Crescent Beach - some of the softest, coolest white quartz sand in the world. Walk out through our private screened lanai onto beautifully landscaped grounds that include a saltwater lagoon with boat docks, a heated swimming pool, and tennis courts. Washer & dryer on premises.
Siesta Key village is just a mile or so down the key, where there are shops & outdoor restaurants. However within walking distance there is a grocery store and drug store and a little shopping mall. In Sarasota you will find a highly recognized arts "community" which also includes a playhouse, and the world famous Ringling museums of art and sculpture. St. Armands circle is a world-class collection of shops and restaurants that is second to none.
Our unit is fully equipped with everything you need. The living room has a complete entertainment center with a 32 inch TV, DVD, and stereo with cassette and CD. Each bedroom also has a TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the guest room has two twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a dresser and large closet. We have a dining area with table and chairs, and also a counter area with stools. The living room has a full wall of glass doors looking out through the furnished screened lanai, and onto the lovely grounds with a direct view of the lagoon and boat docks. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including microwave and dishwasher, with a full complement of china and cooking utensils. However, if you choose not to cook there are many great restaurants in the area some within walking distance from the condo. Rent directly from the owner and save significantly over standard property rates!
