Mar y Sol is a beautiful Cheoy Lee yacht and its beauty and size compare to most 80’ yachts in spaciousness. It hosts over 1800 sq. ft. of living and deck space. It has been beautifully decorated and its luxurious interior and spacious upper deck are ready for entertaining. Enjoy the beautiful night time view of downtown San Diego.
This spacious yacht includes 4 staterooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The master and mid stateroom are accessed by rear staircase. The master stateroom has a queen size bed with a full bathroom, including tub/shower. The mid stateroom has a cal king bed with a full bath and make up area. The forward and Captain’s rooms are accessed by forward spiral staircase. The forward room has 4 single bunks with full bath in hallway and the Captain’s room has 2 single bunks with its own full bath.
There is a beautiful full size galley with high end appliances (Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer drawers, Bosch dishwasher and oven, microwave, cooktop). Also furnished with coffee maker, blender, cookware, plates, utensils, barbeque. In the salon area (off the galley), there is a small beverage refrigerator and 18 bottle, dual temperature wine cooler. A washer and dryer are located in forward hallway. The upper deck hosts wet bar area with beverage cooler, ice maker and sink. Seating for 4 at bar area with an additional 8’ couch and 4 chaise lounge chairs. The upper deck also hosts a 4 person Jacuzzi.
Sound system in galley, salon, upper deck, rear aft deck. XM satellite radio and iPod docking station. Main salon area has a 42” plasma TV with lift and surround sound. Galley has a 21” LCD TV.
