This home has a new 15' x 27' water deck, 2 boat slips, 2 jet ski lifts, a cabana equipped with stereo and lights situated on the lake, a lanai the width of the house, 2 wood burning fireplaces, a downstairs den plus a media room upstairs (both with plasma TVs equipped with DirectTV's NFL Ticket and blueray), a "secret, hidden" children's room, foosball, gas grill located under the lanai, an upper balcony the width of the house, weekly summer golf or tennis camps for children and a private gate access to a large green space for enjoying a friendly game of football.
Surrounding the home, and available to you free of charge, are two gorgeous pools and a play area at the Walden Yacht Club and covered tennis courts at Walden Racquet Club. Enjoy a round of golf at Houston's #1 rated golf course in Walden (fee required) or fine dining at the Yacht Club.
Give your children the opportunity to learn and improve their tennis and golf skills by enrolling them in Walden's tennis or golf camps. Children's tennis or golf camps are available by the week.
This home is located across from Walden's private boat launch and a perfect place for a great family vacation or special gathering with family and friends.
Rent a boat or jet ski from the Walden Marina,located in the neighborhood, or bring your own boat, fish off of the deck, play a friendly game of football on the green space, volleyball in the backyard (net and ball provided)or relax and enjoy the many varieties of wildlife. You will surely witness a variety of wildlife visible from the rear of the home while still having a beautiful view and access to the lake. You or your family and friends can safely swim 400 feet without the danger of a jet ski or speeding boat.
This home is close to a large variety of restaurants and shops, many accessible by water, and only 15 miles north of The Woodlands.

We had an amazing time at your beautiful home this past weekend! Thank you so much for all of the wonderful touches….the soft towels, fresh flowers, comfortable beds and bedding, exceptionally clean home, extras including golf cart, ice machine, extensive TV and stereo equipment, game room, and so much more. Despite the low water, you made it possible to use our boat by arranging for us to utilize the floating dock at the marina. While we wish that we could have used the deck right off your home, we hope to next time if the water is higher. All of the ladies in my group agreed that your home is one to visit again. Thank you also for your prompt replies to our questions, you were always only a few minutes away. I would recommend this home to anyone!

I rented this house for our ladies organization's annual retreat. The 13 ladies who attended have not stopped talking about it. Everyone wanted the owner's contact information before we left and I am still getting calls and emails about our weekend. From the moment we walked inside the house, I knew we were going to have a blast. The house is perfect for entertaining, very clean, and absolutely beautiful. There was something for everyone, we fished, grilled, rode bicycles, had massages on the upper patio, performed karaoke, cooked, watched movies, relaxed, and sit by the lake talking and taking pictures. The master bedroom is amazing and the beds were super comfortable. The owner's attention to detail is awesome. Everything in the house is top of the line and she was only an email away the entire weekend. I received my deposit back very promptly. I will never stay anywhere else on Lake Conroe. I don't see how it can get any better.

I have vacationed at this lake house twice and cannot wait to return again! The first time I vacationed with my husband and 2 children and had a fabulous time! The house was beautifully decorated (and kid proof!) with picturesque views of Lake Conroe and large enough to fit 3 more families! The owner provided an unlimited number of activities including: vollyball, barbequing, karaoke, boating, fishing, deer observing (deer are everywhere) movie watching in the media room, and swimming at the country club. The second time I returned with friends and enjoyed sitting on the large balcony and veranda watching the sunset while drinking wine and utilizing the margarita maker! The house is a short drive or boat ride to many lakeside dining and nightlife establishments. The house provides a relaxing environment to unwind while also providing endless opportunities for fun!
