Why the Owner Chose Sea Oats
We love Fort Walton and love that our unit is walking distance to restaurants, pier, night life. We have always vacationed at the beach several times a year with our boys. We finally decided to buy so we can visit anytime now.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love just sitting on the balcony with beautiful direct views of the Gulf. My husband loves playing tennis on the tennis court. We love playing horseshoes on the beach and spending time with family and friends.

This condo is extremely nice, especially for the price! The condo is even better than the pictures! We were there for over a week and it was like being at home, only on the beach. The furniture and other decorations were first class, and we like to cook and they had everything you could possibly want; including a stand alone icemaker that puts out SERIOUS ice, we were never out. The stainless appliances, and convection oven, were nicer than the ones at home!! It was great being directly on the water, and having the large pool on the 100+ degree days was very nice. We walked to the boardwalk at night and all the resturants around, there was no need to drive anywhere! Will definately be staying here again. I just found out about the airport that is literally ten minutes away, may not have to drive at all next time!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a great time. We had 4 adults and 4 children. The weather was great. We loved how big the pool area was. The condo was decorated so nicely. We walked to area restaurants with the kids. They loved Fudpuckers. We love Fort Walton, it is still so close to everything without the crowds of Destin. If you wanted to go to Destin it was just a 10 minute drive over the bridge. We hated to leave. Thanks for a great time.

This condo was beautifully decorated and updated. We appreciated the new appliances and the granite countertops. The weather was a little wet but we had alot of fun playing games that were supplied by the owner. Also the hot tub is covered so we used that alot. Also just a short walk down the beach, check out Howl at the Moon (dualing pianos) It was great. We always enjoy the beach thanks for letting us share your piece of paradise.
