The newly renovated (2008)condominium is located in Key Colony Beach, a quiet island community on the Atlantic Ocean. The beautifully maintained, white sand beach is just a few steps away. Swimming is available at the pool or at the beach, where the water is usually calm due to an off-shore reef. Key Colony Beach is just 55 miles away from Key West, so you can enjoy the activities of Duvall St. and the sunset at Mallory Dock, and be home in time for a good night's sleep. During the day, you can enjoy the walking and jogging paths, tennis, and golf (9 hole par 3).
There are many excellent snorkeling and dive areas nearby. The fishing is fantastic, both in Florida Bay and on the reef or deep sea. A day's catch could include tarpon, bonefish, permit, snapper, grouper or dolphin (Mahi Mahi--not the mammal). Guides and deep sea sport fishing boats are available on the causeway leading to the island. The Dolphin Research Center is just 7 miles up the road and is a great place to visit for a day or to go for a swim with the dolphins. We have a sunset view from our living room or from Sunset Beach, which is about 100 yards away. There are many excellent restaurants in the area with one of the best in the Keys, Key Colony Inn, within walking distance.

The deposit will be returned after inspection of the unit.
Longer stays than the required minimum of one week will be prorated.
Cleaning is included only before and after your occupancy.
