This unit is on the quiet side of "Grand Sierra Lodge" facing forest trail... this is the first year its being rented. It has many decorator touches, with many extra appliances,air conditioner, and amenities. There is a "flat screen"/dvd player in the living room, as well as a stereo system, and a tv/dvd player in the bedroom as well. Bathroom amenities include shampoo's, conditioner, razors, body lotion, bubble bath, hair dryer, flat iron, curling iron, as well as many other extras (private indoor ski locker) .
You are well placed for the best of everything that Grand Sierra Lodge and the Village have to offer, and is just steps from the Gondola, with no driving or shuttles. The Gondola takes you directly to Canyon Lodge. The Village offers shopping, dining, and many outdoor activities.
During the warmer months, you can enjoy hiking,fishing,biking and can enjoy a picnic at Crystal Lake, Rainbow falls, as well as many other locations that are nereby. You can also enjoy the pool, and spa, as well as a barbeque area....
Don't forget, The Grand Sierra Lodge is also located in the building with a concierge, front desk, and ski ticket purchase, as well as its own LuLu's Restaurant on the lower level....ENJOY111

Why the Owner Chose Grand Sierra Lodge
The location was the best, and so convenient. Love having a condo that is Brand New, and being the only owner allows me to keep it in immaculate condittion, and only rents when our family isn't using it. The best part is having all the shops, restaurants, and bars right downstairs, and it's on the quiet side of GRAND SIERRA LODGE, so no problem with noise.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
My condo isn't the typical rental property, and only rent to a specific number of people during the year, as our family is up there most of the time. Everything is up-dated every year, and is immaculate. There is no wear and tear on anything.We installed a new "flat screen" tv in the Living room and have also added many cable channels. There is also a "aero bed" that can be used for 2 more people if needed.

This is the first time I've stayed in a rental unit, or even a hotel where I didn't feel like I wasn't able to sit on the furniture without thinking I was going to pick up a "germ". It was so clean, and it felt like home. All the linens and furniture was so clean and spotless, and it was so convenient. It was on the 3rd floor, so we didn't hear all the noise from the restaurants and bars, but they were right downstairs to enjoy.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a wonderful week in the condo in February! Ski conditions were fabulous and the condo was wonderful - beautifully decorated, fully equiped kitchen, comfy beds, and immaculate. We love the location in the village close to great restaurants (we love LuLu's actually connected to the resort you don't have to walk outside!) and the jacuzzi and pools are steps away from the unit. We are definitley looking forward to staying here again!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your condo. It was almost like home -- cozey, super clean welcoming -- like a bed and breakfast and never had to worry about anything (i.e., towels, linen, coffee maker etc....). To add, it was in the village prime location to the Gondola. Thanks again! We know where to stay next time.

A "white" Christmas 2008 and what a wonderful condo to spend time with the family! In the heart of the village, easy access to the gondola and such comfortable accomodations made it all feel like home for the holidays! We cannot wait to come back and create more family memories in your comfy condo! Thanks for your hospitality and making everything go so smoothly.
