Our beautiful 5700 sq ft. luxury home is located in Huntsville, overlooking Pineview Lake(State Park and boat launch directly across the street). Close to 3 great resorts: Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and Wolf Mountain.
Snowbasin and Powder Mountain offer the ultimate in powder skiing and snowboarding. Powder Mountain offers one-day heli trips, weather permitting. Wolf Mountain is a great resort for the family just learning to ski and/or snowboard.
For the snowmobile enthusiast, Monte Cristo is a mere 30 minute drive and offers some of the best terrain in the area: miles of open space as well as groomed trails. Snowmobile Rentals are available, please check the local directory.
Pineview Reservoir offers boating, waterskiing, swimming, fishing and other summertime fun. Wolf Creek resort hosts a beautiful 18 hole golf course. There are miles of hiking and bike trails in the nearby mountains and canyons.
Much of beautiful Utah is only a day-trip away.
Floor 1: Spacious living room with 50" big screen satellite TV and big L shaped sofa with 2 recliners. There is also a wet-bar with mini-refrigerator, microwave oven and sink, for your convenience. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, one bedroom also has a crib. Two full bathrooms and mud room complete floor 1.
Floor 2: This open floor plan has 2 formal dining areas, kitchen with stainless appliances and a marble island that provides extra dining seating. The great room has high ceilings, a gas fireplace, luxurious leather furniture and a breathtaking view of the Lake. Just off of the great room is the master suite with jetted tub, his/hers sinks and private access to the balcony. Also on this floor are the office and laundry room with washer and dryer.
FLOOR 3: 600 square foot loft with 2 twin beds and 2 full-sized air mattresses. Perfect space for the kids.
This log home is the perfect setting for warm family memories and reunions, or for an awesome corporate retreat.

As soon as you walk through the entrance the views along with the soring wood beams will transport you to a place of relaxation. You can see the across the entire valley and watch the sun peak over the mountains and the storms roll in from the west. Everytime you look out the window you will be treated to something new and special.
