Located one house off the ocean.This is a comfortable family shore house. It has been a place for our family gatherings for many wonderful summer vacations. The fresh ocean air gives this beach house a very social feel; with the kitchen, dining room and living room areas all located on the lower floor.
There is an extra outside shower for sandy feet. The garage keeps beach chairs and umbrella's ready for you to use. The grill is new and excellent for easy outdoor cooking.
Bedrooms:
There are four main bedrooms. One queen Master bed room, two double beds one in ea. room, and a twin bed in the fourth bedroom all located on the second floor.
There is a special hideaway kid's room on the third floor. We call it "the crows nest" bedroom at the top of the house it has one twin bed in it. There is a pull down ladder to access this level.
This home is so close to the beach you can hear the ocean rolling with the windows open. Fresh sea breezes keep the house cool and comfortable year round. 8 Beach passes are provided for our guests.
The living room is large and fits many people with three sofa's there is room for everyone to enjoy your vacation time by the shore by putting your feet up and relaxing with a good book or your favorite TV show.
There are two decks, one on the second floor and one on the third floor. The top deck has great ocean views and sunsets in the evenings.
This house is conveniently located close to the Surf City Hotel; that is great if you like live music and great food without having to get in the car. The house is walking distance from great food and shopping including Mini-golf, The Pharmacy, Faria's and Subogies located just around the corner. This house is a great place for your Jersey Shore getaway. Welcome to the Surfer's shore retreat.

July and August: $2800 a week for 1 week and $2750 a week for 2 or more
weeks.
May, June, September, and October $1400 a week for 1 week and $1350 for
or more weeks.
$175 Cleaning Fee 11% Tax Not Included In Rates
