Spring time skiing! This is the perfect house. It is less than an hour from Park City, Snowbird, and Solitude ski resorts. The weather was awesome low 40's on the mountains (exception 1 day at Snowbird fresh foot of powder) and back at the house low 60's. Had we known, my brother and I would have brought our clubs and played 9 after a day on the slopes. If you plan to go for a week of spring skiing, think about taking a day off and playing the course. It is a links style and has incredible views of the mountains. The house is right on the 18th green and has a large deck with grill. The kithcen is large and open and has everything you need. If you don't want to cook, there is every conceivable restaurant within 15 minutes of teh house. The laundry room is a huge bonus. The bedrooms are away from the common areas which is nice for those who want to call it quits early. There is a FedEx office about 3 miles from the house, send your ski or golf equipment ahead of time. It was nice to walk through the airport without the hassle! We will be back! My kids and I aren't sure VT skiing will ever be the same!

Although the circumstances of our stay at this house were unfortanate (death in the family), we were ecstatic about the accomodations this house provided. The view was amazing. Golf course, Mountains and Utah Lake...The house was so comfortable and accomadated four adults and 2 small children very well with room for at least 2 more adults. Mary (property manager), provided two pack and plays at our request for the babys even though she had to purchase one. It is very close to shopping and downtown Provo. When we visit the area again we will definetly try to stay at this house and we have provided our relatives in Utah the contact information for renting this house so they can recommend this house for future visitors.

We had a wonderful stay in your home. It was beautiful and well-supplied and it was perfect for our Sunday evening family reunion kick-off dinner. Your binder of instructions and information was very helpful. You must have spent hours putting it together. Thanks for making our week there so pleasant and restful. We particularly enjoyed the view from the deck and loved the opportunity to get some close up hummingbird viewing. Karen P.S. My husband and son say the golf was great - they purchased a 10-round punch pass and used them all.

I stayed with my family in this beatiful home easter weekend. watched the Masters on the big flat screen while watching the locals play into the 18th off the upper porch. It's at the very end of the fairway and we could have thrown golf balls from the porch over the water hazard onto the green (which breaks towards the house more than people think. Everybody misses on the low side). We were meeting our newest family member, so i didn't play, but it's about $26 on the weekend and the course looks flat enough to walk. The mountain views of the porch are amazing. We found everything as promised. The house was clean and very nicely furnished. 12 foot tray ceilings, 8 foot doors, a beautiful entryway and very comfortable beds with thick comforters. We found an extra sheet and blankets and the kids took turns falling asleep in front of the tv on the reclining leather couches (I don't think I'd plan this as an extra place to sleep). The master bath has a huge shower and a jetted tub. For 6 of us and a new baby, renting a house is realy a more economical choice than 2-3 hotel rooms. We cooked and ate most meals at the house, grilled steaks and I think we only ate out once in 5 days. Having things like a garage and the ability to do laundry also add value. Nice to be able to go to sleep and close a door while people watch tv or play board games in the living room, dining room or kitchen. We've rented houses in the NC outer banks and condos in Florida, but this was far and away the best rental experience we've had. Mary always responded promptly to our questions before we rented and even stopped by to solve one minor problem while we were there (couln't find the key). For a golf or skiing vacation, or an event at UVU (really close) or BYU (15 minutes away) this is a great place to stay.
