Cape Coddages II is located in Surfside Beach just seven miles south of downtown Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach and the airport. Surfside is a small beach community that offers great restaurants, golf courses and shopping. We are located just minutes from the Garden City Pier and Murells Inlet.
Our two bedroom, two bath home away from home is fully furnished and equipped and ready for your stay at the beach. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath with a jacuzzi tub, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed with an additional twin bunk. There is additional sleeping space available on the queen size sleeper sofa located in the living room. Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided (linens are available upon request for an additional charge). Washer and Dryer is provided in the unit for your convenience.
We are just steps from the Ocean and the Ocean front pool by way of the private walkway (newly replaced in 2008). The outside shower area (also replaced in 2008) is located next to the pool area. We do offer the use of our outside storage shed (located at ground level) to all of our guests, some beach items have been provided such as beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella, (we just request that if an item should get damaged that you replace it for future guests) these items are limited so we suggest bringing additional beach chairs and beach toys that you may store in the outside storage unit during your stay. A security/Damage deposit of $200 is required on all reservations
There are 2 reserved parking spaces. Space is limited so no boats, trailers,or campers are allowed.

We had a great time at Surfside. Your condo was great!! We had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was wonderful! We particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunsets from the porch. We hope to return to the condo in the future. Thank you for everything. It was a pleasure working with you during the rental process!

We just got back last week and had an amazing stay at the condo on Surfside Beach. I was worried that the pool would be too small and too crowded but it was perfect. Alot of times it was only my kids there or a few more. The beach was amazing and you cannot beat the price of the condo. Maureen was amazing to deal with, so helpful and accomodating. Our family will definitly be back and would tell our friends to book the unit as well. Thanks for everything.

My family and I stayed here in September and I could not have been happier!! This vacation home was so spacious and so clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the ocean right outside our door. We will definitely be back next summer, we can’t wait!!
