Beautiful three bedrooms, two bath home. All the amenities just bring your food and clothes. Your own private heated pool that never closes. Midnight swim is no problem.

As soon as you enter this home, you are struck by the openness of the main living area with the living room, dining room and the master bedroom on the right side, the family room and the other two bedrooms are on the left side, and together with the kitchen in the middle back of the house you are lead out into the lanai area and the pool.

Top rated golf course minutes away, plus many others; play a different course everyday. Port Charlotte Beach with tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, fishing pier, and boat launch. Fishing charters from Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda for those wanting a challenge bringing in the big ones. Florida's best beaches 20 to 30 minutes away, Englewood and Boca Grande, and Sarasota’s world class Siesta Keys beach is only 45 minutes.

  • The home was great! It had ample space and was stocked with all we needed to have a relaxing stay. It was clean and the pool was great! It was in a great location to travel to other parts of the coast. Hope to stay next year.

  • We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It has a great layout for two families, and a wonderful heated pool (which we were able to enjoy at any time of the day or night). My family and I felt right at home because of the cozy family rooms and the new little kitchen. We will definatly come back next year. -Yelena
