This is our second time renting this house. It is very well maintained and has all the amenities needed. Love the view of the golf course even though we are not golfers. The property manager is right next door and was very responsive to our needs. There are many nice restaurants within a few miles and a major grocery store within walking distance. And of course it didn't hurt that we had perfect weather the entire time!

Stayed for 11 nights over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful time. Even the weather seemed to be tailor made with mid 80's in the daytime and mid 50's to 60's at night. We have stayed at other homes in Royal Tee, but this has been not just the nicest because of the quality furnishings...from the bedding, towels and comfortable seating to the quality outdoor loungers. This is a residence that the owners use and it does make the difference! Barb, the property manager, is wonderful and was quick to respond to any question and issue we had, along with the owner who patiently worked me through debugging the issue I had with my laptop connecting with the wireless system. The master suite and bathroom are of the utmost quality as were the kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. It was really nice to find 'starter' items we were free to use from soap detergent to kleenex to condiments and canned goods. The kitchen was also stocked completely with spices which we found wonderful since we enjoyed cooking! We enjoyed using the gas grill a few times too while lounging out at the pool during the day. With Publix at the main entrance, you couldn't have a grocery store more convenient anywhere else. We will definitely be returning again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Quiet, peaceful retreat!

This home is top notch! The furniture and appliances are high end. The master suite is phenomenal! That tub is bigger than it looks in the picture! It is a quiet and peaceful area. The location is very good. It is right on the golf course. The golf course itself is fine, but the greens are very slow. If you are used to fast greens, forget about it! There are good golf courses in the area, but the one I enjoyed the most was Magnolia Landing, roughly 20-25 minutes away. The beach is a little ways away though. We went to Sanibel, and you are looking at about a 40 minute drive. But it is well worth it. There is a Publix grocery store right across from the entrance into this development. There is a Walmart about 4 miles away. You have a great choice of restaurants in the area. We enjoyed several of them, but Red's stands out. Great seafood. It is only about a 10 minute drive. The house is very clean, and the property manager is next door. She is very nice and will give you helpful information. When you want her, she is there. When you don't, she stays away. It was very comforting to know that if you needed help, it was readily available. The property lends itself greatly to a family with 2-3 children. The pool and the whirlpool is great as well. The owners are great to deal with. We would come back here again!

This house is a 5-star luxury home situated in a peaceful gated golf community in Cape Coral. It is spacious, furnished beautifully, and equipped with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is stocked with excellent quality pots/pans/glassware/cutlery and every type of appliance you could imagine. The sound system that is connected in every room of the house is unbelievable. The pool/jacuzzi and outdoor area are amazing. Pool inflatables and beach towels/chairs/cool boxes are also available to use. A Publix store is opposite the entrance to the community, making it very easy for supplies. Philippa the owner was very helpful when booking the house, and having Barb next door to the property was so helpful for information about the house and the local areas. You won't be disappointed if you book this house as it's pure luxury and I'd recommend it without question.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

A beautiful home & a great time!

First, make no mistake, this is one BEAUTIFUL vacation home! My wife and I were absolutely delighted at how gorgeous, spacious, clean and comfortable the house was. It was just awesome to come home to this place at the end of a day out and about or on the beach! The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed that is extremely comfy and the bedroom has a bathroom to just die for! The pool is beautiful; we spent many hours lounging in the water and hanging out with all the little geckos and frogs that joined us on the lanai. The neighbor and property manager, Barb, is truly a wonderful woman and we just adored her. Not only is she very kind and always willing to help in any way she can, without ever seeming to intrude at all, we became good friends during our stay and look forward to seeing her again next year. Despite the beautiful home and the amazing time we had, we did have some small hiccups along the way. The central air in the home is very finicky. It couldn't be turned below 75 or else it would freeze the pipes, and we had one instance where the A/C stopped working for nearly 12 hours and the house got up to 85 degrees. Whew! It's a very large home so it feels like it takes a long while to cool down. Barb had the A/C guy come out so we had to stay in the house for the day to wait for him. He said there were issues with the duct work, not the A/C unit, but who knows. The owners are very nice folks and allowed us to stay one extra night for the troubles, at no additional charge. For that, we were appreciative. We LOVED our time in FL and will be back next year! Thank you Philippa, Eric and Barb! :o)

Just to thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous villa. We have been going to Florida for many years and although the villas we have stayed in have been nice we have always felt a bit disappointed by the quality overall. However this year we were definitely not disappointed and felt your villa was absolutely perfect, if anything the website pictures don't do it justice as it is even nicer with everything you need to have a great holiday. Barb next door was the icing on the cake and was great on directions, places to eat and visit and really made our holiday one of the best we have had in Florida.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. The vacation home rental was fabulous and was well located. The amenities provided made it feel like a 2nd home. The photos gave us a good idea of the house and surroundings, no surprises there. The golf course is superb. The owner answered my many questions, and was reassuring. We were able to discover many beaches nearby and went out on a discovery every day during our stay. Having the property manager nearby was an added bonus. She was helpful in making us feel welcomed. We will be back and for longer next time. We really have nothing to complain about this vacation rental. L & J

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful home. You made our first Home Away rental wonderful. We hope to rent this same home again next year. It was a perfect house and location for all of the activities we wanted to do. Barb, the next door neighbor, was very helpful with everything. She even recommended some good local restaurants. We really appreciated all of the extras that you provided. Having the beach chairs and towels made for a much more enjoyable time at the beach. I really enjoyed floating around on the raft in the pool and lounging on all of the outdoor furniture. We are were huge fans of your outdoor sound system, my husband was particularly impressed. The location was also really nice. We went to Sanibel a couple of days, Fort Myers Beach another day and to an outlet mall (Miramar) that was about 45 minutes away. We also loved the fact that the house is in a gated comuunity and that it sits on a gof course. It was a lovely view from the pool. Thanks so much for the wonderful vacation experience.

Our family stayed in this home in February 2011 and loved everything about it! Fantastic location, beautiful home and decor, everything was very clean and comfortable. The caretakers were extremely helpful with our needs and questions and very pleasant. We definately would like to return to this home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation rental in the Cape Coral area. Thank you Philippa for an awesome week in your home!!

What a great home. It was everything & more than advertised. Anything we could possibly need in the way of accessories was provided. The home was extremely clean. The owners provided easy to understand instructions regarding the pool & hot tub. They have a binder with manuals for all of the equipment in the home. There is even a wireless printer so you can print your boarding passes for the flight home. The property manager lives next door & was extremely helpful with any questions we had, My wife & I lived in the area many years ago so we were somewhat familiar with directions to the various beaches & attractions, but if you are new to the area there was an abundance of literature available for all of the local attractions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling in the region. We hope to visit again soon.

My husband and I spent a week in January relaxing here. Everything was excellent including the view of the golf course. It was wonderful to have the caretakers next door to answer our questions. The kitchen was well stocked right down to an ample supply of plastic glasses to be used by the pool. We definitely hope to stay again!

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

If you are looking for a beautiful well appointed home to stay in, at a reasonable price, than look no further. This home is well decorated, has a fantastic layout, and quite honestly the pictures do not do it justice. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances you need, as well as an outdoor grill. The plasma HDTV was brilliant and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. The heated pool and Jacuzzi are located a few feet outside the family room, living room, and master bedroom doorways! This home can easily accommodate 3 couples or a large family since each can have their own space as well as enjoy the common living area. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable and the convenience of having a full size washer and dryer enabled us to avoid packing dirty clothes! And finally another reason why this is a superb choice was that the owner was very easy to deal with and doesn't play games. If you respect their property, then they will respect you! Barb, next door was great to work with and we are anxious to get back and enjoy some more time in their home! Definitely a perfect Home Away from Home!

We absolutely loved, loved, loved this home. I can't say enough about how beautiful it is. Everything is exquisite, from the show home kitchen to the elegant bed and bath areas. The large great room was fantastic, but I also loved the two other charming quiet sitting areas. In addition, every conceivable amenity is provided for usage, including complete 12-piece place settings and quality cookware in the kitchen,king-size fluffy towels in the bath areas, and a large well stocked garage. The homeowners went above and beyond in furnishing this home. We have had wonderful experiences in renting homes through VRBO but this was by far the most elegant of them all. Hope we can get back soon.

WOW!!! What a beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay so much we've already booked for next year. Our favorite thing to do was to open the large patio doors every morning and enjoy the sunshine. It's hard to say what we liked best about the house, the large master bath, the gourmet kitchen or the beautiful furnishings, what luxury! See you next year. Fred and Annette

The house was more beautiful than the pictures on HomeAway. Everything was first-class - the owners did not skimp on anything. We have rented many times but this house was, by far, the nicest. It could really spoil you!

We all had an absolutely fabulous time, and definitely would like to return again in the future. The pictures for this house are nice, but don't do it justice. The home is immaculate - we all felt like we were living in luxury. Hot Tub, golfing, beach! Great times.

This was our first stay in a private home and I'm afraid we have been spoiled. We stayed in another house right after this one and it paled in comparison. This home was top quality in evey way. Not only was the house itself beautiful but the furnishings, bedding, kitchen utensils and appliances were the best. They did not skimp on anything. The owner went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me get my laptop ready to connect to the wireless internet! Our stay was extremely enjoyable and we will return!

We had an absolutely fabulous time. We have rented 2 other Florida homes and this was by far the best. House was easy to relax in and enjoy. Roomy enough for all 5 with no problems. Look forward to the next time!
