Westwind II Club (not to be confused with Westwind I nearby) is located right on Cable Beach in Nassau, beside the Radisson & the Wyndham Hotel and Crystal Palace Casino. This is Villa 23, beach side. Villas has two bedrooms, queen sofabed, two baths, and full kitchen, directly in front of pool. VRBO does not allow owners to link to other sites. Search for Westwind II Club and see layout of the property. If you want a villa here you'll need to book early; since these villas are on the beach and next to the casino they rent quickly. Full refunds are given up to 60 days before your departure date, you can't lose (unless you go to the casino!)
The entire unit is tiled, in front of one of the two pools, tennis courts, a snack bar that sells real food, on bus line direct into downtown Nassau ($1) so you don't need a car for anywhere. About a ten minute ride by cab or $3 (10 min) ferry ride from downtown Nassau to Paradise Island.Golf course is across the street. Snorkel rentals, ping pong, tennis courts, etc.
This property is well kept, well lit, clean, with 24 hour security. Grocery store is .7m. Wonderful for families, honeymooners, singles, etc. Nice neighborhood, the Prime Minister lives on this block. Day trip excursions to the family out islands of Eleleutra, Abaco, Exuma, Spanish Wells, or Harbour Island available for purchase at the office. A cooler of food can be brought from home to the island, dry ice is not allowed on any aircraft.
