COTTAGE DESCRIPTION:
The beautiful Carriage House has Muskoka themed decor with hickory hardwood and tile floors, main floor open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, and balcony overlooking the lawn and forest. There's a fireplace, flat screen LCD TV, DVD, wireless high speed internet, 4 piece bathroom with air-jet jacuzzi tub for 2, bedroom with a king bed, bedroom with a queen bed, and a sleeper couch in the livingroom. The cottage is part of Nestleton Waters Inn and has access to a salt spa hot tub for 7 on a covered deck overlooking the water, a fire pit by a stream, health spa, and more.
Bring your water toys and fishing tackle. We'll provide the paddleboat, diving board, dinghy, volleyball (by request), roundabout and country lane with animals for biking, bird-watching, BBQ, and more.
Ask us about having a gourmet 3 course breakfast each morning, or other catering, or booking an appointment with an onsite registered massage therapist ($90+tax for an hour Swedish massage or $50+tax for a half hour, receipt provided for insurance reimbursement if applicable). Year Purchased: 1980
Having been in the family for over 30 years, Erik is the designer and with his Dad Harry, the builders of the new Kiezebrink estate that includes the Carriage House. It opened in the summer of 2008. The Kiezebrink family Senior and Junior enjoy the scenery and serenity of this property in their own private apartments with separate entrances where they and their staff maintain the grounds and buildings for your enjoyment. Both Deborah and Erika are the decorators. Deborah markets the properties, and Erika cooks the gourmet breakfasts that you may add to your package. Enjoy!
