Hoodland Hideaway is a quaint A Frame located in the mountain community of the Timberline Rim in Rhododendron, OR. The cabin is conveniently located within minutes of The Resort at the Mountain Golf Course and 15 minutes from Government Camp where your winter sports adventure begins. The home is the perfect location for family and friends to gather. All just 45 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Portland, OR.
The cabin sleeps two to six adults comfortably with one bedroom and a loft. You will feel at home in the comfortable open great room, enjoying the warmth from the wood stove and our extensive collection of DVDs, video, and board games for the entire family. The kitchen is loaded with everything, just check out the inventory on the kitchen tab in the Room-by-Room Tour of our website. The bathroom features a stand-up shower, single wood vanity with sink, and stack-able wash machine and dryer for your convenience. There is RV Parking available in the long driveway. The backyard boasts a large deck perfect taking in the fresh mountain air and peaceful nature that surround you. Enjoy a family barbecue with the provided Weber Grill. On a clear night gaze at star filled sky while you make s'mores in the backyard fire pit.
From your door walk to the Sandy River or take in basketball, tennis, or volleyball game in the Timber Line Rim Community. Take a short drive to Wildwood Recreational site, Boulder Ridge Trail, Huckleberry Wilderness Trails, and the Salmon River Hiking trail. This is the place for year around wilderness exploration.
