Maine’s Powder Ridge, The Heights provides you with an extraordinary view of the majestic peaks, which comprise the Mahoosic Mountain range and the valley beyond. Its construction just completed, The Heights is a spectacular, 7500 square foot, contemporary home with 2000 square feet of glass frontage, privately situated on five acres of woodland to maximize serenity and seclusion.
The Heights offers nine bedrooms, including five master king suites (three of which have their own private balconies) with luxury linens, three bunkrooms, nine and a half bathrooms, two towering stone fireplaces in the vaulted living rooms, two gas fireplaces, two eight-man hot tubs (for your viewing of the fireworks at Sunday River on Saturday nights), an office complete with a HP Computer and high speed internet access, two state-of-the-art kitchens, two garages, two pool tables, a stargazing observatory, and a new 65” HDTV with surround sound system and DVD player in a game room with a regulation size pool table.
The Heights is two separate units... The Eagle's Nest and The Bobcat's Den, which can be rented as a complete entity or independently. Its unique award-winning floor plan designed by KLM, allows for free flowing multi-level living as one full unit or two separate locked-off units with completely private entrances. The units are completely different, yet uniquely spectacular and fully soundproofed. The goal of this design is to provide luxurious accommodations for small corporate retreats or for large family get-aways.
