  A great pied-a-terre type apartment with all the best amenities - location is perfect for walk abouts . Lots of restaurants to choose from, the Farmers Market on Wed & Sat to stock up on delicious organic produce, a brand new shopping center with Nordstroms and lots more. A stroll across the street to the park offers awesome views of the ocean with walking paths and benches. The floorplan is ideal for anyone with mobility issues, open and the bathroom is large enough to accomodate a walker if necessary. Caroline and her team are terrific, with immediate attention to any questions. I would heartily recommend this property, and in fact will likely return next year.

  My kids and I traveled from Michigan to Las Vegas, on to Los Angela's. We stayed at the Venetian in Las Vegas and it was a total disaster (I would never recommend it to anyone) By the time we got to our apartment in Santa Monica, it was late and we were tired, It was great to walk into a clean, beautiful place. We really enjoyed staying there and if I ever go back to LA I would try to rent this place again. I had never rented an apartment before and I am convinced this is a great way to go.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

  this rental worked out well for us. Jeri very nice to work with. As other reviews have stated, close to the pier and promenade, which didnt really excite us, but handy if you like. We did rent bikes at the pier and biked to Manhattan Beach for lunch. We had a car, we did use the bus to get to the Getty Villa, very convenient bus to get there right on Ocean Avenue. Driving to the Getty Center, Runyon Canyon, Will Rogers State Park and Malibu was not a hassle at all. We are walkers, so walked to Montana Ave a couple of nights for dinner, and to Santa Monica Seafood on Wilshire. Always felt safe, but was surprised by the number of people smoking their heads off, and we are from Detroit, a blue collar town with a lot of smokers. So much for the ordinance prohibiting smoking within 20 ft of an entryway or building. A few hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels would be helpful, we used way too many towels because they kept slipping off the door knobs. We didnt cook any meals, but it was nice having a fridge for breakfast food. Great internet connection.

  The apartment was modern and had everything you could need away from home. It was well located almost directly across the road from Santa monica pier and beach. Just 5 mins walk from 3rd street if you like to shop it has all the fashion outlets you could need and plenty of places to wine and dine. Negative side the advert said the apartment was on the 15th floor but the one we sayed in was on the 16th and the picture were different, not a problem but if there is 2 apartment in the block for rent it should say in the add, but still a nice apartment on the 16th and very similar to the picture. Sofas a bit uncomfortable I would replace that, bed is fantastic you could get 4 in there haha. To sum up a very nice place to visit and we will be back to see more.

Probably what happened was the client unexpectedly stayed longer in our 15th floor apt so you were upgraded with no additional cost to you. We hope you come back and stay with us again soon and I will be happy to guarantee you our 15th floor apt if that is your preference.

  We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect...close to everything. We had a couple of minor problems which they responded to immediately. Bed was very comfortable, secure building, nice laundry facilities, valet parking was a great benefit. Would recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.

  My son and I stayed at the place for 5 weeks. We had a wonderful time, mainly because we chose this awesome apartment. The stunning view at day and night, the closeness to countless shops and fantastic restaurants. Even the endless beach was reachable just accross the street. I really appreciated the convenience of valley parking. We felt very secure, too. We would love to return next year!!

  We stayed at this apartment in October 2009. We had been to Santa Monica previously and stayed at a hotel, but would recommend this apartment to anyone. The apartment was clean and tidy. Full facilities in the kitchen and we also had ample amount of towels etc. This apartment is very central, within walking distance of all the shops, 3rd Str. Promenade is 2 blocks away and the beach and Santa Monica Pier are literally across the road. There is any amount of restaurants within 3 blocks, would recommend the Italian and Buddha Belly which are only a block away and we really enjoyed the English Pub around the corner. This apartment comes with free valet parking which we found very good as we rented a car during our stay and didn't have to pay the hefty parking rates in Santa Monica. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Santa Monica.

  This apartment was very nice and is perfect for a couple. The view is AMAZING from the 15th floor and is across from the Santa Monica Pier. The apartment is close to all the sights in the LA area with easy access to major roadways. The Third Street Promenade is a short walk up the street with numerous restaurants and shopping. The apartment has all the amenities that you need for your stay. I would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the LA area.
