This superbly located 2 BR condo is at the base of the Peachtree Lift at Crested Butte Mt. Resort. Unit #103 is right next to the hot tub and common patio with BBQ. Our condo has recently been upgraded to include new appliances, linens, TVS, and interior decor.

We just returned from a week at Crested Butte and stayed in this condo for the first time. The location is true ski-in ski-out, the easiest we've ever found. The condo is clean and bright, with a well equipped kitchen and other amenities including flat panel TV in the living room, fire place with ample firewood, laundry. It is not fancy but very comfortable. While there we had a couple of very minor maintenance issues which were addressed immediately with "above and beyond" service. In the likelihood that we return to CB in 2011 this condo will be our first choice!

We just ended a wonderful week in Gateway #103. We loved everything about it! Six steps to the hot tub. Four more steps to put on skis and head up Peachtree Chairlift. Condo Manager, James Brennan, really went above and beyond to make us feel like favored guests! Wonderful views; fully equipped kitchen, cosy fireplace. We cooked dinner in the condo 4 times and went to 3 great restaurants on the remaining nights. And it really was great family skiing at Crested Butte...plenty of Green, Blue and Black terrain for the wide range of abilities in our family. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful 5 days at Crested Butte. The unit was very clean and the owner/mangers were very responsive to 2 very minor issues during our stay. This unit was prefect for my family of four. The kitchen was well equiped, the bed and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The unit is truely ski in/out and is just a few steps from the chair lift. The only bad feature we would point out, at 5am each morning during our stay the cats were grooming just a few feet from the unit, they moved on after 10-15 minutes. Having made that negative comment, WE WOULD RE-BOOK THIS UNIT IN A HEART BEAT!!! LOVED IT AND CAN"T WAIT TO RETURN!!!

We cannot say enough good things about this condo! The location can't be better. We had friends that stayed at the base of Red Lady and their accomodations were inferior to ours (and they paid a higher price)! In fact, they are wanting to stay in #103 next year. The views are beautiful---by far the best ski resort accommodations we have had at any ski town. The furnishings are not plush, but it is cozy, spacious, and very comfortable--larger living area than other condos we saw. It is truly a perfect ski in/ski out condo--just a few steps to the Peachtree lift. We came home for lunch every day! You will not be disappointed! Oh, can't forget the enclosed parking garage with elevator! We appreciated this more when we saw others walking up snow and flights of stairs to carry their luggage and groceries to their rooms! We would most definitely stay here again.
