Welcome to our home away from home. This beautiful one-bedroom condo has great views of both the bay and ocean/beach. Relax on the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while reading and watching the sunrise or a glass of wine watching the gorgeous sunset. Surfside is a quiet, safe beach community that is 3 blocks from luxurious Bal Harbour shops and a short 15 minute drive to the fun and excitement of South Beach. Surfside is conveniently located and equidistant from both Miami Int'l Airport or Ft. Lauderdale Int'l. The building, Carlisle on the Ocean, is 3 blocks from a Publix supermarket, churches, Surfside activity center, restaurants and 2 blocks from the police station.
The unit is used by our family as well so you'll find that the furniture, appliances, plates, glasses is of the quality you'd find in a nice home or restaurant not your typical rental unit. The tasteful, colors and artwork gives you a warm South Florida feel which is both stylish and comfortable.
The location of the unit is ideal for seniors, adults or families. There are two trails along the beach one for biking and the other for walking that extend many miles along the beach. When you're not soaking up the sun or taking a dip in the beach there are plenty of things to do like swimming in the pool, working out in the gym, biking along the beach trail or strolling through the walking path.

Amazing family vacation

I just got back from staying in this condo for 2 weeks. I was there with my wife and baby, and I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. First of all, the pictures of the condo don't do it justice. It's a large, airy place, and the colors are cool and soft. The apartment is in excellent condition and beautifully appointed with new furniture, and a clean nice kitchen with excellent appliances and marble countertops. The balcony is perfect, to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or a great book. The only thing to consider is that since this condo faces north, there is no sun on the balcony. This didn't bother us since we appreciated a break from the sun. The condo comes with a portable crib and a high chair, as well as beach chairs. Cable tv, and wifi were also provided so that was great. When we received it it was sparkling clean. Many restaurants and grocery stores, synagogues, bars, and best of all it's right on the beach with a beautiful view. I have very high standards and always stay in 4 or 5 star hotels when I go away. I would defenitely return in the future.
