Also located upstairs is a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath - This home will comfortably sleep 8 in beds. All bedrooms also have their own TV!
The kitchen has all of the modern designs and amenities you could ever need! With stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a spacious pantry, you will be well-equipped to prepare and enjoy a lovely dinner with friends and/or family.

There is plenty of parking space as this home has a private driveway as well as available off-street parking.

RENTAL POLICIES
NO PETS and NO SMOKING strictly enforced...
RATES - Weekly rate is based on 7 nights. Daily and Monthly rates are available via email. Rates include all applicable state and local taxes.
OCCUPANCY - Maximum occupancy is based on the number of bedrooms. Two people per bedroom.
CHECK IN - Begins at 4pm
CHECK OUT - By 10am
DEPOSITS - An advance deposit of 50% of the total rent is required at the time of booking your reservation. Payment of the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY - We require a 21-day advance notice of cancellation for a refund of your deposit.
