Vacation at 9000 Feet in the Heart of Frisco!

This centrally located condo is only two blocks from great restaurants and shopping in downtown Frisco. A ten-minute drive will take you to the slopes at Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin Ski Resorts. Bike paths and hiking are within three blocks of the unit. Frisco Marina is directly down Main Street, where you will enjoy canoeing and kayaking on beautiful Lake Dillon.

The Non-Smoking end unit is located on the second floor of a three-story complex. As you step out the door, you will overlook the courtyard and Mount Royal in the background. Another ten steps, will take you down the stairs to the heated pool and hot tub.

Recent remodeling was done in the Spring of 2003, which includes new carpet and tile throughout the unit. The kitchen has been updated with a new countertop, faucet, sink, and disposal, along with cooking equipment that will enhance your cooking experience. The patio is also equipped with a gas grill (2002), so you can BBQ.

Dine at over a dozen different restaurants of your choice...all within walking distance.

This unit is comfortable. It includes two bedrooms with Queen-size beds, a sleeper sofa located in the living room, and two bathrooms. There is a sink in the Master bedroom for your convenience. The unit also comes with a Gas Fireplace (2001) for those colder evenings.

Other new additions include kitchen appliances, curtains, and paint throughout (2001). The furniture has been updated and/or replaced with new over the last few years (2001-2006). New sliding door to patio and new windows (2006-2007).

HIGHSPEED internet access is available inside the Clubhouse.

  • Great location. Able to walk to everyplace in town. Close proximity to several ski resorts. Condo spacious and clean. Would be willing to rent condo again for another ski vacation.

  • Very nice condo. Clean, spacious, and well stocked kitchen. Frisco is a very charming town! Condo location has great access to downtown Frisco, ski areas and other areas of interest. Condo owners were very responsive and worked hard to accomodate our vacation. Had a wonderful vacation and would definitely rent this condo again.
