This is our getaway in paradise. A cedar clapboard home built on 3 acres of property in 2007 overlooking the Jay Brook and Big Jay, it has been a labor of love. Hard wood, radiant heated floors in the main living area with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and harvest table large enough to sit 12 people. Granite counter tops in the fully equipped kitchen and all 4 bathrooms. Carpeted walk-out basement with satellite TV, foosball table, and in floor heating. The top floor has 3 large bedrooms all with Queen size beds and great views. The walkout basement has a rec room, bathroom and fourth bedroom with a queen size bed.
Located just off Rte 242, 15 minutes from the Jay Peak Resort for skiing during the winter season and the fabulous new Jay Peak golf course in golf season. This home is also walking distance from the Belfry Restaurant and pub some of the best eating in the area.
This is a great house in an area that provides great recreation through all four seasons. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking. golfing, antiquing whatever suits your fancy. A wonderfully relaxed and comfortable part of the world what ever season you choose.
