Very Nice and Convenient Place to Stay for Vacation!

Our family really enjoyed our vacation at this condo. It was so convenient for our teenagers to get on the bus for snowboarding and skiing, as well as getting into town. My husband and I walked into town for a nice lunch and took the Gondola back up, watched the activity on the mountain and walked back to the condo. This is how conveniently located this property is to all the activities. This condo was stocked with everything you need to make a nice dinner or bake some brownies. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer right in the unit. I've stayed at several condos and usually the washers and dryers were shared by the rest of the complex. The condo is a very quiet unit, you hardly knew other people were living there. The hot tub was very clean and relaxing. Our family would definately stay here again, as well as recommend this place to our friends.

I recently stayed at the All Seasons Condo with my boyfriend and 2 other friends. It was the perfect amount of space for 4 adults and was very charming! The condo is under a 5 min walk (in full ski gear) from the shuttle bus that drops you off at Peak 8. We were able to go back to the condo for lunch each day, avoiding the ridiculous mark-ups on food at the lodge without losing any time on the slopes. The condo itself was well appointed. We especially liked the hall of hooks which made it easy to take care of gear at the end of the day. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment so we were able to just buy groceries and cook all our meals same as you would at home. Our group was also a big fan of the board games and puzzles we found in the living room :) Overall, the condo provided great accommodations close to the slopes, and for a price that was much better then anything else we found. Thank You!

Spectacular ski vacation

This was my families first ski trip out west and it was amazing. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything our family could want. We saved some money cooking our meals in the spacious kitchen. The living room had a great TV and a gas stove to relax by. There is a hot tub in the complex that is in the building next door. My son and i enjoyed the hot tub each night after a long day of skiing. The condo is only half a mile from peak 8 and right across the street from the free ride bus stop. It was very convenient. We would ski in the morning, come back to the condo for lunch, and head back out to the slopes for the afternoon. The owner was great at communicating with us and answered all of our questions up until we got there. If you are looking for great accomodations, friendly owners, with convenient access to the slopes and town then this is the place for you. I highly recommend this condo!

We stayed at All Seasons Condo the last two times we were in Breckenridge. The first time there we stayed in an expensive resort. We actually enjoyed All Seasons Condo way more than the much more expensive place! We had more ameneties and the layout was just perfect for our family of five! The bus system comes right across the street from the condo so it was very easy to get everywhere. The Condo is nicely stocked with games, videos, books, etc. The gas fireplace is awesome to take out the chill after a hard day of skiing. We felt really comfortable in the condo and would stay there again!

We had an awesome time at All Seasons condo and will definitely stay there again next time we're in Breckenridge. The location was perfect to catch the bus to peak 8 or downtown and within walking distance to the Nordic center. We felt at home there and there were directions for everything from the electronics to the bus routes. The washer/dryer was essential for our vacation and it was so nice that we didn't have to leave to do laundry! There were toys available for our son and great books for the adults. I would recommend this condo anyone who asks.

Best Family Condo Ever!

This is the first time we rented a condo for our family. It was perfect! We loved all the board games and it had a perfect layout. It was very clean and all the furniture was in perfect shape. I loved all the hooks for our jackets and ski pants. It made organizing the kids easy for boarding each day. We couldn't fit our stroller in the car but there was one. The condo even had books for my three year old! There was a washer and dryer that was perfect for doing small loads. The kitchen was well stocked and I had all the utensils to cook and grill all our food. The location was awesome as it was the last bus stop before Peak 8 lifts. We went after Christmas and before New Years,so Breckenridge was busy but I never heard any noise in the condo. I would come back and stay here again without any concerns. Thank YOU!

Fabulous property. Described exactly on the website. The hot tub renovation was terrific. Hot tubs are literally 20 steps from the door of the condo. . . fabulously convenient. The shuttle bus is probably 100-150 steps from the door of the condo . . . again fabulously convenient. Owners are terrific and only a phone call away. Will probably stay at this property again.

Ski Vacation

This condo provides excellent access to sking at Breck. The bus stops just up the road and makes it convenient to go downtown or any of the peaks at Breck. The condo is very comfortable with internet access, high def tv, and a large comfortable living room. The furniture is in good shape and very comfortable for relaxing after a day of skiing. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen is very user friendly with basics available in the cupboard. There is a gas grill on the deck which was convenient for cooking. Sleeping six in the condo would be very tight unless some of them were children. There were box games, nintendo, and child friendly tv games. There was a washer and dryer available which was nice for washing ski clothes. Parking was also convenient. Over all we enjoyed our time at this condo. In the summer it would be a good location for exploring as well.

We stayed in the condo over Thanksgiving 2011 for 5 days and had a great time. Everything in the place was clean and well kept up. The washer and dryer were a real bonus. The 1/2 bath worked well with 5 of us in the place. Location was really good. A short walk to the bus stop on ski hill road and then the next stop was peak 8 lifts. It worked out well riding the bus back to the condo for a quick lunch every day. My teenage kids had no trouble with the bus riding around town. I would recommend the place to anyone with a small group 4-6 people. The kitchen and living layout were very nice and worked well for making big breakfasts or dinners.

I came to Colorado to check out the area; just like everyone else's dream to relocate here! The condo was as comfortable as being at home! Very clean, and nicely decorated! I highly recommend this condo, and would love to come back for snowboard season and stay again! The hot tubs and room were all being redone, so it will be enjoyable after a day on the slopes! Girls weekend in Breck

We had a girls weeekend at this condo. There were 4 of us and we LOVED IT!!!! We each had a nice comfy bed to ourselves. We actually spent a ton of time there just relaxing and watching movies on the big flat screen!! We used the kitchen a lot and it was full of all of the things we needed to cook. I will be going back with my husband for sure in the winter! It is set up for skiing with a lot of space for eating and just hanging out. Very clean!

All the comforts of home and even better! This was the perfect location for our Out West ski trip. I went with my three sons ( ages 16-23 ) and we had a great time. After a long day of skiing we all enjoyed going back to the condo for a relaxing dinner and hottub. The well stocked kitchen was great, the guys loved the TV and I loved all the hooks in the back hall! One morning during breakfast we saw a fox run by the balcony, so cool! Cant wait to go back.

My spouse and our teenage son, plus his friend, stayed at All-Seasons Condo in late March 2011. Actually we stayed in two Gold Camp condos during our visit and while the other was nice, we highly recommend this condo for it's comfort, location, and value. All Seasons Condo is very tastefully decorated, cozy but not small, and the owners are great to work with. The layout is inviting and functional, and the furnishings are very comfortable. Plenty of TVs and games, very clean and updated, and being on the first-floor is a plus after a full day of skiing/boarding at high altitude. It is very close to the hot tubs, too! The location is wonderful -- it's probably 200 or so steps to the free Breckenridge shuttle service that takes you into town (about 1 mile down) or to Peak 8 (less than 1/2 mile; where most of the terrain parks are). The owners are wonderful to work with; they want your stay to be a very positive experience!

We had great time stay in the condo, very nice and and neat. It is close to the ski base and almost have everything you need for a short vacation: full kitchen, washer and dryer. We all want come back for lunch and go back for skiing. The owner is nice to work with, good instructions, and good service from the A.M. service. The only thing I want to bring up, which is not anything to do with the owner, that is to beware of the altitude syndrome. The whole town (Breckenridge) is at above 9000+ feet altitude, some people might be affected if not prepared. My wife and one kid suffered a bit.

Relaxing 2 bedroom Condo

The All Seasons Condo is a very nice 2 bedroom condo that slept 4 guys very comfortably. This condo has all the creature comforts from large screen TV, to very comfortable couch's that make the end of the ski day even nicer to relax all those sore muscles. The kitchen came very well equipped with all the necessary items to cook dinner after a long ski day and it is also in a great location if you like to come back to the condo for lunch during the ski day as it is a very quick shuttle ride from either Peak 7 or Peak 8.

This condo is in a great location. The bus stop is just half a block from the condo steps, and I love that the unit is on the ground floor. It is perfect when you have kids. There are board games, movies and video games for the kids, and my daughter loved sleeping on the top bunk. Everything we needed for our baby was also there. There was a travel crib, booster high chair and even a sippy cup. It was so nice not having to bring all those things along. This is a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the All Seasons Condo. There was five girls and we loved how the condo was laid out and it just felt cozy and warm as soon as you walked in the door. The condo had all the things we needed to cook with and even had spices which was great. We loved having a washer and dryer in the condo which we used daily. The shower was awesome and we never ran out of hot water. We also loved how close it was to the bus stop and town, which only took minutes to get to anywhere you wanted to go. We plan on coming back and I would love to stay here again if possible. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to experience a great time in Breckenridge.

We stayed at the All Seasons Condo for 1 week over New Years and we could not be any happier with our selection. There were 6 of us who stayed at the condo. The condo's location is extremely convenient to get to and from Peak 7 & 8. It is a short walk to the shuttle pickup/drop off location. The condo is also near the grocery store, ski rental shops, and Main St. The inside of the condo is very nice and all the ammenities needed are provided. I would highly recommend the All Seasons Condo!

Great condo for kids. Very clean and nicely set-up. Great location with ski bus stop across the street and hot tubs just a few steps away. My boys are older (22, 19, 19, 16) but we had a great time watching the extensive collection of Disney movies and the countertop area was great for playing games. Owners were easy to work with and communicated promptly. Thanks for a great Christmas memory!
