The stunning contemporary architecture has quickly established Blackhawk Townhomes as a Mountain Village landmark.

The first floor of our townhome is the heart of the house and is a spacious and stylish living, dining and kitchen area with gas log feature fireplace. The under-floor heating beneath solid oak boards ensures that your feet will never feel cold! The fully equipped kitchen will delight any chef and has an oversized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and professional range and oven. 2 decks enjoy mountain views from the front and expansive valley views from the rear.
On the 2nd floor there are 3 good sized bedrooms. The master suite is beautifully furnished with Room&Board and Crate and Barrel and has a large built in closet, gas log fireplace, private deck and ensuite bathroom with double vanity basins, and a full size tub with shower over.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and shares an ensuite 'Jack and Jill' bathroom with the 3rd twin bedroom. The shared bathroom has a double vanity basins, granite countertops and tub with shower over.
The living area also has 2 ‘twin bed’ ottomans, so you can sleeps up to 8 people very comfortably.
All beds are made up with luxury linens and cozy duvets.
Bathrooms are stocked with plush towels , warm bathrobes and AVEDA products.
We love our beautiful environment and use only earth-friendly cleaning products.
The ground floor has a heated garage with space for 2 cars, powder room and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
The townhome has complimentary wireless internet access throughout and flat screen TV's and DVD players in the living area, master bedroom and queen bedroom.
Located just a 6-8 minute walk from Gondola Square you are in a fabulous location, just a minutes walk from La Montana (Steamboat’s best Mexican restaurant) and ‘Market on the Mountain’ grocery store. You also have the benefit of the extremely efficient and free to ride Steamboat shuttle that stops just outside of Blackhawk Townhomes.
