Our tranquil, friendly Condominium is directly oceanfront and has an unobstructed view of ocean, Waites Island natural area, and inlet from kitchen, living room, porch, and master bedroom. Watch the dolphins, shrimp boats, sunrises, sunsets, and the moon on the ocean from your condo! Plus, the beach is right outside your door! We are a top floor (third floor), end unit of a two building complex. Our location helps insure privacy, relaxation, and great views!

The Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bathroom, the second bedroom has twin beds, and the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa.

This Non-Smoking condo is a clean, bright, comfortable home. Owner personally takes care of all aspects of rental, and is a local who can suggest restaurants, places to go, and give directions to attractions.

We rent Saturday to Saturday.  June-$1,000.  June 27- July 4-$1,200.
Week of July 4-11-$1,500. Weeks of July 11 - July 25-$1,200.  August-$1,000.
PLEASE ADD:  Add  12% taxes.  Add $100. exit cleaning. Linens provided.
Add $200. refundable security deposit. (3 ngt stays on some vacant wks)
1/2 of rental is due upon booking, with the other 1/2 rental, taxes,
cleaning and security deposit due 1(one) month in advance.
Payments are by bank (cashier's) check for exact amount.
Weekly rental other months-$900.  Holiday weeks will be higher.
