This bright 1,200 sq. foot luxury house with all the comforts of home sunny Palm Springs awaits you! We offer you a beautiful, newly renovated house located in the heart of central Palm Springs. You'll enjoy easy access to downtown Palm Springs, golf courses and tourist sights, with the ability to retreat to a very comfortable upscale mid-century modern house which is finely appointed.
The house offers an open living area, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms, an enclosed sun porch and lavish pool area with a spectacular mountain view! The dining and living area boasts contemporary furnishings with a classic mid-century modern Palm Springs feel, decorated with martinis!
The house has a very open feeling, with it's mid-century modern contemporary furnishings and cool color palette. Guest will enjoy a NEW full well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances: range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and all tableware and utensils. A cook's dream for preparing cocktails & dinner by the pool!
The living area is very comfortable for lounging with table for dining, fireplace, and stereo system complete with iPod connection for relaxing. The sun porch is a relaxing oasis and TV room where you'll also find plenty of reading material for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom is spacious, well appointed w/tiled bathroom has a walk in rain shower, mirror, hair dryer, with liquid hand & shower soap, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion provided. The guest room allows for additional sleeping accommodations for up to 2 more people. Both are queen beds, complete with luxury linens.
Conceirge service, cable TV, Wi-Fi for laptops, telephone service, washer/dryer, pool service, iron, all linens and other amenities are all part of the nightly or weekly rate. Final cleaning charges per stay will apply. Please note that an optional pool heating charge based upon usage will apply if pool heat is requested.

The Martini House was better than we expected and I hope to return again soon. The home is well maintained, clean, and furnished in a fun mid century theme. Beds are comfy, kitchen is very well appointed. We had plastic martini glasses for pool side, and mod glass ones for indoors. The location is close to everything. Thank you, we had a GREAT visit ending with a relaxing day at the heated pool, and even brought home a few grapefruits from the tree out back.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This property rental was amazingly clean, cute & convenient. So easy to get to whether driving from the L.A. area or flying into the local airport. The picture gallery accurately reflected the "feel" of the home and the pool was beautiful. You can view the mountains while relaxing around the pool & cutting into a fresh grapefruit from the tree in the corner. The main part of downtown was literally a few minutes away by car & there's a walkable park not far for fun & walks. We tried out two restaurants that stand out, Las Casuelas for Mexican cuisine & Zin-American Bistro for the best fried chicken, gourmet style and a great wine selection. Hope to rent this home again soon!
Recommended for:Pet owners, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We (3 friends) rented this property in late May. The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable house that was perfect for a relaxing girls weekend. The pool area was well equipped with everything we needed -- towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas and even pool floaties. The bathrooms were nicely updated and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to others. My friends and I agreed that it is our favorite rental in Palm Springs so far. The location was perfect -- a quiet residential street, only a quick drive or walk into town.
Recommended for:Girls getaway.
