    i had the chance to stay at this beuatiful house with my relatives from slovakia.now i can use only 1 word.amazing.beeing over there from A to Z was just awesome.house is clean,location perfect,we loved just siting outside by the deck by canal and enjoyed the relax.we looking forward to head out there again.thank u Kevin and Mark for everything.

    We stayed in the house for a week and it was great, perfect size, perfect location and great owner(s), Kevin you did a great job and showed a huge passion for service. Thanks Milo for letting us use your retreat and swim in your pool, next time we might bring Lucy & Ricky so you can all play together! K&M, if you ever get tired of the house or find a similar one, let us know!

    We LOVED this place! The home is clean and beautiful just like the pictures. It came with so many great amenities...we especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. Kitchen was fabulous and the entire home felt roomy. Location was also a plus...everything was so close or easty to get to. My husband and I enjoyed our morning runs to the beach and back! Also, try Cafe Seville on Oakland Park...minutes from the house....great Spanish food. Kevin, the owner, was so helpful and friendly...thanks, Kevin! We hope to be back soon.

    Hi Mark & Kevin, As usual another wonderful vacation at your house. Always so lovely, clean, and peaceful. Property is always well maintained and so centrally located to everything. If anyone is on the fence about staying here, don't be. Get off that fence now and just do it!!...you won't regret it. Hope to see you both next year to. Thanks again, Jackie Cuomo

    This villa is absolutely wonderfully equipped with everything you could need for a great holiday, the internal equipment is excellent and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The setting by the river is tranquil and the pool and spa are fabulous and you are in close proximity to the beaches,retail outlets and restaurants.My wife and I would recommend this property for a fantastic vacation, we will certainly be returning next year

    What a great vacation. Jerry and I had a wonderful time the week we stayed in Ft. Lauderdale. The house was amazing. The pictures on the web doesn't do justice to the house. We spent our week just laying by the pool, enjoying the hot tub and cooking in the wonderful kitchen. Mark and Kevin are really great to deal with and if there is a problem they are there to help you. I am already looking forward to our next vacation to Ft. Lauderdale and staying in this house. It was a great fine on VRBO.

    If you really want to relax. Then this is the place to come. This property is amazing! We enjoyed every second of our stay! The house was very clean and well equipped and the location couldn't been better. The pool was awesome! The owners are absolutely wonderful to work with. they were very accomodating. The check out time at this home is normally 10am. They allowed us to stay late since nobody was checking in until the next day, which was great since our flights did not leave until 6pm, We would make sure to plan our next year trip well in advance so that we would be able to stay in this particular home.

    House, pool, spa were all great. Location was ideal. Kevin and Mark were superb hosts, taking care of all our issues....even though there were none. We are still experiencing a high from the expresso machine. A very nice extra to have available. Will return again but need more holidays. Thanks again . Bonnie & Ken Julie & Stan

    My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures! Mark & Kevin were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. The property was very clean and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. By staying in this home we were in the center of everything....close to the beach, the casino, shopping centers, excellent restaurants, etc. We look forward to returning to this location in the future and happily recommend it to anyone looking to visit the Ft Lauderdale area! Thanks so much guys!

    My partner and I had a great one week stay at the house, we found it very warm and comfortable. The location was great, easy quick drive to everything. The pool and deck were where we spent most of our time which was just perfect. We will definetly be back. Steven & Frank

    This home is immaculate. Everything was spotless and Mark helped us get acquainted with everything. With all the lizards and geckos in Florida, we never ONCE saw any type of bug in the house. Pool is great! Our kids loved it!

    I hate to write this comment to make this property busier than what it is right now, but this is a fabulous property for anyone's vacation. We absolutely loved everything about this property. The pictures don't justify this homes beauty. The only bad thing was the fact that Mark didn't let us to stay more. I would definitely book this home for my next years vacation.     We were very very satisfied of the place and all amenities included. The house is very very clean and luxury. Nothing is missing, everything is there,it's amazing! Owners are nice and they answer to all yours needs. This home is more beautiful than the pictures showned on the internet site. pour nos amis québécois francophones, nous recommandons vivement cette maison, c'est vraiment super agréable, bien situé. Nous y retournerons sans doute...We will come back!!!

    We had a wonderful stay at the house. The house had everything you could want or need. The pool and the backyard area was privat och very nice. The owners was greate and helpfull, the provided us with all the information we wanted. Excellent! We liked it so much so we have already made reservation for next year. We can highly recomend it!

    This has everything you need plus it's all just for you. The place is immaculate and it's so relaxing. You can swim, fish, grill, kayak, watch a movie on one of the flatscreens...it has it all. We can't wait to go back. Thank you again Kevin and Mark
