Hi-Season: Memorial Day wkend thru Labor Day Wkend and all Holidays
During Holidays in Off-Season, a 3 night minimum & Hi-Season rates apply
$20/night per pet (renter responsible for all damage caused by pet)
$25 Spa cleaning fee (if spa is used)
