Hammersmith & Fulham apartment description
A well maintained three bedroom third floor apartment. The building, which is well over a hundred years old is an imposing Victorian building, and is nestled in the Kensington area.
There are three double bedrooms, with the capability of one becoming a twin room. Also there is of course, a Lounge, Kitchen, Dining Area, Study / Computer area, Two Bathrooms (One power shower, the other a jet powered tub bath) All of which is complimented by the overhead roof lights, allowing natural daylight into the apartment.
With fantastic entertainment as well, a free DVD library, free PS3 library, free internet and PC use with some PC games also to have a go at, there's already enough to do in our apartment, just in case we have one of those rainy London nights, and you need to entertain everyone.
It is the perfect place from which to explore London, whilst at the same time feeling like a local with your own place to rest your feet at the end of a hard day sightseeing.
Also; it is close to trendy areas such as High Street Kensington, Portobello Market and the Kings Road and to an array of museums and galleries such as the Natural History Museum, the V&A, and the Tate Britain. All accessible via a fantastic Public Transport system.
There really is no excuse for not getting out there and seeing this fantastic city, using our apartment as a good base to see all.

- We are minutes from West Kensington tube station on the District Line, and a short walk from Barons Court Station on the Piccadilly Line direct from Heathrow. Also we are situated close to Kensington Olympia station for trains from Gatwick. Victoria station, which serves many coaches and the Gatwick Express, is a mere 15 minute tube journey away. There is also a coach drop off point in Fulham Broadway for selected airports. Our family stayed in the three bedroom apartment on the top floor and found it satisfied all of our needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms are typical size for Europe, or even New York for that matter. The apartments are very close to the Tube and make getting anywhere in Greater London pretty easy. For our teenagers, having the in room internet and computer were a plus, and we never felt we were missing anything with Mark and his Dad (Richard) there to lend a hand or advice.

An area perhaps sometimes missed out on the main tourist strip, or trap as I like to see it! West Kensington is nestled amongst residential streets, and you are instantly drawn into a real local area with a great selection of local eats and supermarkets, as well as the fantastic local North End Market for fresh fruit and vegetables, with an ethnic mix to spice up the Market as well. West Kensington, an up and coming area of London is just one stop from Earls Court, and easily accessible from Heathrow and is only ever so slightly off the beaten track (Earls Court most likely more beaten up if I'm honest!) which makes us a great find, and we truly hope you choose to stay with us, and we can show you around our part of town.

This particular unit has some great benefits, which include a standalone dryer machine, as well as a separate washing machine. There is also a convenient dishwasher to make cleaning away that little bit easier. There is even a fantastic PC in the apartment as well, with word, excel etc, and even some games to play should the occasion arise. The Play Station 3 DVD Player is a fantastic distraction in the evening, with a selection of DVDs, and even more games to play. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining area, raised study area and separate living area, with open planned kitchen make this a fantastic choice of apartment.
