Babbling Brook Log Cabin Rentals is a pet friendly facility, located 12 miles south of Helen, Georgia. Our two log cabins are located on 200 acres of secluded wilderness bordering a private 5 acre lake. Each cabin has 1000 square feet of floor space with a 8 foot by 40 foot covered porch. Cabin #1 sleeps six adults, cabin #2 sleeps four adults. Cabin features include: Jacuzzis, central A.C, fully equipped kitchens, charcoal grills, color T.V., VCRs, free laundry facilities, log cabin play house for children, king and queen size beds.
We believe Babbling Brook Log Cabins offer genuine family vacation value. Not only can you and the family enjoy the peace and restful seclusion of Babbling Brook, but our central location makes visiting nearby sites of interest very convenient. There is a lot to do in the local area. Restaurants, golfing, canoeing, horseback riding, shopping and scenic drives are all minutes away. Visit Helen, the "Swiss Alpine Village" located just 12 miles from Babbling Brook. Golf at one of Habersham and White County's four courses. Shop in historic Clarkesville or nearby Cornelia. Visit Tallulah Gorge, or take a day trip into the Smoky Mountains and visit Cherokee North Carolina. Travel the spectacular Richard Russell Scenic Highway and view some of the most beautiful mountain scenery available any where. Babbling Brook is the perfect place for an affordable family getaway.
We have just a few minor rules when visiting with a pet. The pet must have a credit card deposit for unexpected wild behavior. It must also respect the privacy of the cabin it is visiting and the guests at the other cabin. It must enjoy the out doors and respect the wildlife. It must also enjoy its visit since its adopted guardians have gone through considerable trouble to find such a nice vacation facility.
