We rented the unit from June 16 to July 15, 2011. It was everything we had hoped for. It was the first time we had used VRBO so we took out the insurance. We won't need that when we rent this unit again. The owner was easy to deal with, and the unit was UNBELIEVABLE for the price. We took our boat and put it on the boatlift. It made life extremely easy. The boat ride was literally 1 minute to the Atlantic, but the boat was still in a protected harbor on a lift. There is a small marina with a gas station one harbor over (about 10 minutes). We never had to trailer our boat for the entire month - we just gassed up at the next marina over. It took about 30 - 40 minutes via boat to get to the big sandbars at Islamorada where they have a floating Hamburger Joint in the ocean. It only took 5 minutes to get to great swimming at a Key in the ocean about 2 miles from the condo. It was very peaceful. We sat on the balconey and enjoyed the sunset while our children watched TV inside. I own a small business and have to travel to my client's worksite each week. The internet connection in the unit was great which facilitated my business activities, and the Miami Airport was 1 hour and 15 minutes door to door. The beds were comfortable and all the utilities (washer/dryer/stove, etc.) worked great. The views of the Atlantic were great to wake up to. That's it.

The unit was wonderful. Everything that one could possibly need was available in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The spacious unit and the property was well maintained exactly as the pictures show. The owners were very helpful when answering questions and the directions were very easy to follow. Very quiet and relaxing. Would definetly go there again.

This was my familys first Keys vacation. This was a perfect location for ocean side travels and only minutes away from the Pennekamp park by water or car. The Townhome was equiped with everything you need for your vacation. The owners were more than helpful with getting everything set up for our stay.

Our family just returned from a stay at the Key Largo Yacht Club. We had a great time. The accomodations, both the unit and the club, are updated and very clean. The setting was quiet and very relaxing. My children really enjoyed the pool and the basketball court. We highly recommend the club and this unit. I also enjoyed working with the owner, who was kind enough to check in with us during our stay. We will be returning for another visit.
