Imagine yourself in the heart of Snowmass Village this winter, on the Jim Engh-designed golf course with Nordic trails outside your door! Our bright and sunny townhome is located just off the 14th green at the Snowmass Golf Club. The Snowmass Club was voted the # 7 Resort in North America by Condé Nast Traveler in 2007.
It is located on the free bus line that shuttles visitors to the Town Center (Village Market/post office/Sundance Drug & Liquor Store) and the Snowmass Mall just a few short minutes away. Take the bus or walk to the new Snowmass Village Recreation Center, complete with swim lanes, fitness equipment, gym, pilates classes, and more. We are located on the Town-wide bike/hike/Nordic trail system so getting around the village by bike, walking, or skiing is a breeze.
Our townhome has off-street parking, but if you are arriving by airplane, you don't need a car. The in-town and RFTA bus services (FREE between Aspen and Snowmass Village) are right outside our door and will get you to everywhere you want to go in Aspen and Snowmass.
During summer, our complex has a heated swimming pool with a view of Snowmass Mountain that is spectacular!
Our three-story, end unit townhome has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed. On the third floor is a loft/office where you can plug in your computer. It has a small TV/VCR, and a twin bed, perfect for a child or teen. The second floor loft has room for a blow-up bed. A variety of media for entertainment--VHS tapes, DVDs, Blu-Rays, music CDs, Wii games, etc. Wi-Fi is available thoughout our home.
The open kitchen-dining-living room floor plan allows for everyone to participate in cooking and entertaining. The Euro-style kitchen has stainless steel appliances and comes with everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Snowmass Recreation Center only 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk away! Skiing at Snowmass is only 5 minutes away by bus--bus stop just steps away! Aspen Mountain is only 20 minutes away by free bus, or stop at Buttermilk on the way!
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed : We love pets, but our HOA won't allow us to accommodate guests' pets at this property.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations) : First floor has bedroom, bath, kitchen and living and can accommodate those with some disabilities. Access to the property requires managing a small set of exterior stairs off of the parking area.
- Kid Friendly : This is a great property for kids--lots of outdoor play space and away from traffic. Two spiral staircases make our home seem like a "tree house" for kids.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Must be 21 in order to enter into agreement.
- Smoking Not Allowed : We allow smoking outside on the back deck only per HOA rules.

We've been loyal VRBO guests at many places in Arizona, California and Colorado, but we especially enjoyed our visit at Golfside this summer. Your condo was exactly as described, being in the center of the Village like the spoke of a wheel--trails in every direction. Especially enjoyed your recommendation on the Droste Trail and Rim Trail--excellent! Can't waint to come back for some great skiing on the mountain this winter!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo (February 2009). The location is great - only 5 minutes from the base area at Snowmass with free shuttle buses running every 10-15 minutes. We also caught the free bus going the other direction to Aspen for skiing on Ajax Mtn. The condo itself is quite cozy and quiet. We especially enjoyed the view from the dining area out over the golf course (snow-covered, of course!) and the surrounding hills - very peaceful and serene. The time went by way too fast, but we hope to return again someday, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Our stay in Snowmass #208030 was awesome! Our condo was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the wonderful setting and great mix of movies and CD's the owner left available for our use. The location was perfect. We close to the slopes and not far from skiing Aspen! The welcome gift basket was a fantastic surprise! Elizabeth, you are awesome!! Thanks so much for sharing your property with us. We enjoyed my birthday celebration and really felt at home. My sister and cousin were so happy that we chose your place. We will definitely call you and book your condo for our next Snowmass or Aspen get-a-way!

Great home! We enjoyed a laid back Thanksgiving like none other. After a leisurely breakfast, we caught the bus outside your door and were on Snowmass Mountain in 5 minutes! The convenience is incredible. Taking the free bus to Aspen to go to the restaurants and bars made it so easy! We will definitly be back!
