A comfortable, brightly decorated, two-bedroom villa located just a five-minute drive from Englewood Beach, and close to shopping centers (Market Crossing)and restaurants. You will be in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood with little traffic. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOUSE. Your pets are welcome.

Amenities include a sun room with sunny patio and a modern kitchen with breakfast bar.

Beds include one queen and two twins.
