This uniit can be completely separated. Downstairs is a beautiful separated (by concrete-soundproof) bedroom, living room, bathroom and bar-kitchen area. Has brand new 10x30 above the ground 'pool' always sparkeling and 4 and a half foot deep, (plenty for swimming).
This home is directly across from 'john pennecamp state park' with some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world. Home is on a very clean canal with quick access to bay or through Adams cut to ocean. Quick 1 min boat ride to nearby 'waterfront' restaurants and bars with docks.
Home has 3 queen beds and a double bed plus a full size pull out sleeper sofa and 2 air mattress. Home also has plenty of parking with an enclosed 2 and a half car garage. Has deep water docking (70ft), and an additional 'floating dock' (large drive-up kind)(for boats 21ft or less. Also beautiful sunset views of open bay from porch and patio. Very close to Miami at mile marker 105.walking distance to alot of amenities. Half hour from 'Miami' and less than 2 hours from WPB.

First of all let me say that we go frequently to Key Largo and are avid divers and love to fish. We were looking for a location that would have easy access to all our favorite spots plus the convenience of dinning locals via waterway and that would also be nice to stay home if we chose to. I have to say that this house was absolutely perfect and spotless. The mornings on the 2nd floor screened in porch were so peaceful and breezy watching the sun come up and looking out into the bay, which by the way we had a very good view of, having all kinds of birds around us and looking down into the canal and seeing the swarms of bait fish and manatees. Oh, did I mention that every morning I was visited by a momma manatee and her calf. Have leaf lettuce ready and they will extend their visit. Such an experience. The afternoons we filled with fishing, water skiing, and tubing. If we didnt want to go out we had the pool which was a huge added bonus. The evenings you have a very good view of the sunset, again with a wonderful breeze. The interior of the house is immaculate, the bathrooms are very nice and upscale, the kitchen was large and you could have two cooks comfortably working at the same time. Living room was open and comfortable. The breakfast nook was really nice. The upstairs rooms have a great layout and they were a good size. The downstairs apartment we used as the bar and as a wet bathroom area since the downstairs is tiled but the upstairs has wood floors. However the downstairs is a full apartment with a bedroom and pull out sofa in the living room and kitchenette. Since the house is so close to the bay the canal is clean here and we were able to go swimming in it. The dock was able to eaily accomodate our two boats 23'&20' with room to spare and its the solid concrete wall type so your boat won't slip under it. They have bumpers already there. We didn't want to leave and will definately be back. One of our best vacations and we are travelers!
