This nicely appointed mountain-style cabin is located on a private road adjacent to open space and trails - great for hiking, biking, lake/water activites, all summer outdoor fun. In the winter enjoy skiing, snow shoeing, snowman building, sledding and much more.
Brand new kitchen, maple floors (new photos coming soon) Fully furnished, sleeps 6 in beds, plus 2 in sleeper sofa (king bedroom, queen bedroom, twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room). Trained, well behaved dogs welcome. Available for rent weekends, week days, and holidays.

Why the Owner Chose Tahoe City
My husband and I purchased this home because we love the mountains year round. We liked the proximity of this home to the beautiful Lake Tahoe, ski resorts. We saw this as a vacation spot we would come with our children and create many wonderful memories.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This is a special home because the trails are right out the back door. It is on a nice private street with only 4 homes and friendly neighbors. The atmosphere is tranquil and we feel so comfortable when the children run around free outdoors. In the winter the road from our driveway to the next door neighbors makes a terrific sledding run. The house is cozy and epitomizes Tahoe with it's knotty pine walls and wood burning fireplace. We have updated it with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, including heated floors in the entry and full bathroom.

We are a family of four, plus one dog. We all have a super time when we come to this home no matter what time of the year.
