The home has been designed with panoramic views throughout that overlook vast valleys out of the back of the home and Pacific Ocean views out of the front. Situated in CostaParaiso, 45 minutes from San Juan del Sur, very near the Costa Rica Border. Home has been meticulously designed incorporating modern architecture, natural materials, and all the luxuries of home.
This ocean view villa is 2 levels with 2 master suites. The game room upstairs can be converted to another master with private bath. All rooms have ceiling fans and bedrooms have air conditioning. Egyptian cotton sheets and down comforters on all beds. Bathrooms equipped with hairdryers. Downstairs is an open kitchen, dining, and sitting area and 1 master suite. Upstairs is a game room and the other master suite. Each floor has outdoor lanais with chase lounges.
This home sleeps 6 people comfortably, but can be converted to sleep more. There are 3 king size mattresses and a twin size mattress in the home, doubling as lounges during the day. Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hot water, washer/dryer, and kayaks.
