Beautifully furnished Condo on the 9th hole of a spectacular golf course. We shopped throughout the Naples area this spring and couldn't find a more desirable community so chose to purchase here. Unfortunately we are not in the position to use it ourselves just yet. The landscaping in the community is breathtaking, the clubhouse and main pool are spectacular and the location is perfect. Grandezza is just 10 minutes from the SW Florida Airport, across the street from the Germain Arena and within 10 minutes of multiple shopping areas including the Miromar Outlet Mall, Gulf Coast Center shopping area with Target, Bass Pros and a multiple theatre complex and the Coconut Point shopping area. The beach is a short 20 minute drive and numerous restaurants are nearby.

The condo is exceptional with high-end designer furnishings. The master bedroom and living room have lovely golf course views. Master bath has two separate vanity areas with extra large shower and large walkin closet. The second bedoom can be closed off from the main living area. The kitchen has corian countertops and upgraded appliances. The den has a pullout sofa to comfortably sleep six. There is a dining room as well as eating area in the kitchen. The single garage is attached with additional parking available. There is a built in stereo system, big screen TV in living room and TV's in each bedroom and the kitchen with basic cable. The Sabal Palm neighborhood also has their own pool. The unit is completely turnkey ready- just bring your clothes and personal items.

We purchased a full golf membership which is transferable and allows you to enjoy the beautiful 18 hole course as well as the 53,000 square foot clubhouse with two restaurants, gym, five tennis courts, Olympic swimming pool, and computer room with internet access. This is not a "bundled" golf community so equity memberships are limited and you won't fight the crowds like some other communities.
