Nice, comfortable and clean... a typical White Mountains getaway cabin. It just took us a while to find where the bath towels were stored. Owner was also easy to deal with, and the place is a good value for the money.

The cabin was clean when we arrive and was fully stocked with everything you could want. The Safeway was close so there is no need to bring food. Having a fenced yard was really nice for our Great Danes. There are hiking trails nearby so walking was not a problem. Like everywhere else people don"t pick up after their dogs even when the tools are provided. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. It would definitely sleep 6-8 but was great for 2 people and 2 large dogs. The cabin looked like the pictures. The owner was available to answer ?s prior to the trip.

The cabin was comfortable and located on a beautiful wooded lot. There were some problems that the owner tried to correct. We were able to make adjustments and still enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed having our cat and dog with us. The fenced in yard kept our dog safe and the screened in porch was perfect for our cat.

We had a great time at the cabin and really enjoyed our stay. It is very well stocked and we would stay again. As all the other reviews state, the cabin is pretty rustic and in need of some updating. It is also very close to the neighbors (who were all very nice). I love that it is dog friendly and that the yard is fenced. My pups had a great time in the cool weather. The fence has a few spaces between it and the ground, so if you have dog that likes to wonder you might want to be cautious. If you plan on doing any cooking I recommend bringing at least one heavy duty pan, while the cabin has pans they are pretty well used and beat up. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed 8/2-8/5 & had a wonderful time. Was our first time renting a cabin and cant wait to do it again. What a bargain for the cost and being pet friendly is a plus. Loved sitting in the screened porch while it was raining. We went horseback riding & Charlie Clarks down the road was very convenient. I found the cabin very clean and that made us all very comfortable. Would highly recommend this property, the owner does a great job maintaining this cabin. 2 teens were with us and they loved it.

More rustic than expected. Cob webs on ceiling over bed and several spiders around. Otherwise the weather and many trees were quite enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay in Pinetop. We decided not to take our dogs because when we first booked I didn't realize the long ride from Phx. I would have loved to have them with us the property is perfect for dogs. The cabin it self was clean and comfortable. It could use some TLC. In fact my decorating mind was going wild with all the tlhings I could do. We loved all the antique shops and the lake was beautiful. We only had on problem the place is on the market and a real estate agent came into the cabin to show it. It would have not been a problem if we had been told someone was coming. Yes I would recommend this cabin. If I had the money I would buy it in a minute.

It was a cozy cabin, the water was hot which was good for 4 people showering back to back, and the kitchen was well equipped. BUT: The shower dripped all the time unless one could perfectly balance the knob in the right spot. Master bedroom was COLD, despite a space heater on max high the entire night, the door open, and extra blankets. I would return if it was a "guys trip" as my wife was too cold.

We enjoyed our cabin stay. Cabin was very cozy and it was warm inside when we arrived. Owner was very accomodationg and we were allowed to bring our three dogs. The home itself does need some TLC and house cleaner could probably do a better job overall. We would stay at this cabin again. Alot of bang for your buck...especially if you have animals.

Home was definitely rustic. Very dark inside.. Outside deck needs to be completely redone. All paint is flaking off and tile on portions of deck covering up the rotted wood. Bed were squeeky and should probably be replaced. Master bedroom fan & light didn't work due to a spark hazard. Extra bedding was ratty & falling apart felt bad my kids had to sleep on that. Cobwebs all over the outside. I'm rating this fair for the price although based on condition of property' this should rent for like $99 a night. Owner very nice to work with and responsive. Would not likely stay here again
