This beautifully renovated, full size (2200 sq. ft.),private home in a residential, family neighborhood, has a large gourmet kitchen for those people who like to cook and stay in and relax by the pool after a hard day of playing in the Florida sunshine. If you decide to go out to eat, just a stones throw from the home you will find some of the finest dining in all of the West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens area. Very close to the home is I-95 and the Florida Turnpike if you would like to head north a few hours to Disney World or south to Miami or the Florida Keys.
Just minutes from the home we have some of the finest beaches in the the area with clear blue water and white sand beaches. Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach has some of the very best fishing on the coast only 2 miles off the coast is where you will find the gulf stream.
For those people who like to shop we have some of the biggest and newest malls and shopping in the area. The area has numerous first class golf courses. The Wellington polo club is a short drive away.
The home is completely furnished with everything necessary in the kitchen to cook everything from bacon and eggs, to a gourmet meal, and a coffee maker/espresso machine.
There are board games for the children.
Laundry room has full size washer and dryer, with a iron and ironing board. Linens are provided for all the beds as well as towels for the bath and the pool.

- Suitability
- Pet Friendly: Depending on the breed and size, one pet may be allowed upon owners discretion. Limited to one pet only. Complete and current shot records MUST be provided in advance of check in or pet will not be allowed into the home.
- Kid Friendly: For safety purposes, there is a "child proof" screen gate blocking access to the pool from all doors leading into the back yard. This gate can be removed by renter(s) if so desired. It is the responsibility of the renter(s) to supervise children at all times. Owners are not liable for safety of children around and in the pool.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Renters must be at least 25 years old. This is not a "party" house. It is located in a family, residential neighborhood and neighbors should be shown respect and not disturbed. This used to be our primary residence before we moved. This is not a villa or a condo, it is a full size, private home.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the home at any time. Smoking outside only. Renter shall provide their own ashtray.

Off season- May 1st through Oct 31st $1000/week or $2300/month
In season - Nov 1st through April 31st $1500/week or $3300/month
$1,000.00 refundable security deposit (if conditions in contract are met)
$150.00 Non refundable cleaning fee
ONE Pet allowed, per owners discretion. Prior approval a must. $250.00 pet fee and
notarized documentation of current vaccinations required.
NO exceptions to the fees above.

Year Purchased: 1998
I have owned this property for 11 years. It was my primary residence until I remarried last year. The home has recently undergone a total home renovation on the property so everything in the home is new, including its wide open, spacious floor plan, baths and gourmet kitchen!
Why the Owner Chose Palm Beach Gardens
I have lived in the Palm Beach Gardens area for the last 35 years. It is the most complete area in all of Palm Beach County, from shopping, beaches, restaurants, and easy access to the major highways. As soon as my step daughter graduates High School (2 years) we will be moving back into this home because of the great location, until then, we decided to rent the home rather than sell it. Everything is at your fingertips and within 5 miles.
