Spacious and elegant 2500 sq. ft. private townhome in upscale gated community includes a beautifully furnished open living room with fireplace, library with wide screen TV and entertainment area, full dining area, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. French doors lead out to the upper deck with spectacular views of the harbor and the pacific ocean in the distance.
The master bedroom suite is on its own separate floor and has an additional private entrance. It has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, sitting area with fireplace,and huge private deck with outside seating and harbor views. There is an oversized marble master bathroom with a double shower and Jacuzzi. On the top floor there are two separate guest rooms, one with a king bed (which can be separated into two twins)and the other with queen size bed and with adjoining marble bath and private deck.
A private fenced yard leads to a walking path down to the beach on one side and to Frederick St. park on the other. This is a private gated community and the neighborhood is very quiet. Everything you need is close enough to walk to and there are numerous restaurants in the area, including the Crow's Nest. Smoking is permitted on the decks but not inside.
All the amenities of a five star hotel plus more!! Three decks, two fireplaces, library with wide screen cable TV, wireless internet access, full gourmet kitchen, private yard, BBQ, garage, two bikes, and high quality linens.

We have just returned from a fabulous 3 and a half weeks' stay in this wonderful home. The first thing to mention is that the photos really don't do it justice but then none could. The home is the epitome of luxury and good taste, at the same time it is also welcoming and comfortable - an incredible achievement by the home owner. Suffice to say that when we were out for the day we all looked forward to going 'home'. We are a family of 5 adults and we enjoyed the spaciousness of this house. The location was perfect and the views stunning. We will definitely return as we are all missing our 'home' in Santa Cruz! Thank you for making my 50th birthday unforgettable for all the right reasons.

We had a wonderful vacation in Santa Cruz! Staying in this executive retreat, really says it all. Everything was luxurious as promised, and we really felt catered to by the owner. The balconies looking out onto the harbor were outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again. Thanks for making my 50th a memory I'll never forget.

What a wonderful vacation home. We really enjoyed your home and the view of the harbor. It is walking distance to the beach, park, and several great places to eat. Perfect place to vacation with friends. We WILL return.

Our family just spent the 4th of July at this home, oh my gosh, what a wonderful time we had! The owner is very accommodating and the home is gorgeous, comfortable, relaxing and luxurious to say the least. A must, if you are going to Santa Cruz. The home was a wonderful place to relax and a great retreat from busy city life.

I recently returned from my second long weekend visit in this lush and rejuvenating home. The home is gorgeously appointed, spacious, and serene. I felt pampered the minute I walked in the door. The multiple terraces with large French doors overlooking the harbor invite the surrounding environment to be a part of your living experience. I took advantage of one of the bikes and rode everyday to the State Park at the end of the West Cliffs: an easy and beautiful 10 mile ride round trip. I also visited a wonderful spa, the Well Within on both visits for a detoxifying massage. Now, back in LA in a more stressful lifestyle, I often go back in my mind to Santa Cruz and immediately feel the tension go. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
