The apartment is a beautiful two bedroom that is one block from TIMES SQUARE. Walk to fabulous shopping, Broadway Theaters and tons of Tourist attractions including the Empire State Building, Broadway shows like the Lion King, My Fair Lady, Wicked etc, Madison Square Garden, ball dropping on New Years Eve etc.
One bedroom has a full bed and twin above. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed. The beautiful living room has a very comfortable fold down couch and a lovely warming fireplace!!
There is a very large PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE with chairs to sit and enjoy your private oasis!! Smoking is allowed outside.
The apartment is on the first floor in the back (VERY QUIET) of a prewar brick building. There is a shared laundry room in the basement. We provide all bedding and linens.
There is broadband internet (wired and wireless) in this apartment. For a small fee, we will provide you with a NYC cell phone with unlimited local and long distance calls within the U.S. and Canada. Large flat screen LCD television on wall.
In this apartment (like all of our NYC apartments) we have installed a combination door lock which we will program to your own unique entry code number (so no key required for apartment door).
There are numerous subway and bus lines within one block. Upon booking, we will provide you with complimentary orientation materials to help you plan your NYC trip, identifying fun things to see and do as well as help you navigate the City easily. This will include directions on getting to and from the local airports and instructions on how to drive in NYC without going insane or getting tickets/towed. We will also provide you complimentary copies of pertinent subway, bus and Central park maps. There are nearby parking garages/lots that average about $30 per day.
For an additional charge, we can arrange for a driver to meet you and your luggage at the airport baggage claim area and bring you both in a Lincoln Town Car or stretch limousine to your front steps.
