The unit includes a 32' TV linked to a media center PC that allows you to surf the web & check your e-mail. There is also wireless internet through the apartment and central air-conditioning. It's great to go right out from the kitchen to the patio for a nice dinner under the stars - New York can be so loud and crazy but not on the back patio. It's great to just grab some beers and releax with friends and co-workers.
Awesome Restaurant and people watching - for a cheaper version try the grill out back. For a romantic date, row your love around the pond!
