"The Ocean at your Bedroom door". 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Ground Floor Condo, with the Master Bedroom patio door opening directly to the ocean. Convenient direct access from parking and to pool and beach without the delays or inconvenience of elevators. Located on the South end of New Smyrna's no-drive beach, just a mile from Canaveral National Seashore, and less than an hour from Orlando's Disney World, Sea World, and just a short drive to Cape Kennedy Space Center and the Daytona International Speedway.
This is one of 2 adjacent ground floor condo units that can be coordinated for family or group rentals that provide easy access for seniors and children (see our companion listing #208005). Secure off-street parking with ramp access to front door.
Just 52 units at Chadham gives the feel of a private secluded beach location with plenty of open space at the pool and on the beach. Enjoy the heated salt chlorinated pool or swimming, surfing, shelling, or just walking on the "no-drive" beach. Unit is just two over from the Tennis Court (with Shuffle Board Court), with outdoor grill and picnic table, and walkout access from ground level patio to pool and beach walkover.
Our condo has the King bedroom located at the beachside end of the unit, with seating and a private double vanity master bathroom, with ocean view vista thru full high glass windows and doors directly to the patio. The Living room area fills out the remainder of the beachside portion, again with full high glass doors across the full end of the room opening onto the patio and beachfront. The Queen bedroom shares the full size hallway bathroom with the Third bedroom, which contains twin beds. All 3 bedrooms include generous closets, with iron and ironing board, extra linens, towels, and blankets as needed. Our Kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, countertop coffee maker and other appliances.

We absolutely loved our trip to Chadham by the sea. The unit is very nice, on the first floor and easy to access from the parking lot and pool and beach. In both of the extra bedrooms the light from the hall was a bit brighter than the blinds and shades could block. We just hung a blanket over the window, as we are used to a very dark room. The view from the master bedroom is incredible. We will be return customers! The pool was much larger than expected and had large stairs making it easy to enter and exit. The waves were perfect for boogie boarding and surfing. Breakfast at bagel world and c's waffles was such a treat! Of course all the food in NSB is great. The unit is about 1 1/2 hours to Disney (we made a day trip). Our family rented the unit next door (same owner) and it was wonderful as well.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family had the most enjoyable vacation we have had in years. Our first with our newest additions: daughter-in-law, son-in-law, three grandchildren birthed. See you all in two years.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

My Mom, daughter & I will be back. We would consider buying a unit on the 2nd 3rd or 4th floor. We took the elevator up at sunset and loved the view as much as the sunrise.
