Located on the South end of New Smyrna's no-drive beach, just a mile from Canaveral National Seashore, and less than an hour from Orlando's Disney World, Sea World, and just a short drive to Cape Kennedy Space Center and the Daytona International Speedway.
This is one of 2 adjacent ground floor condo units that can be coordinated for family or group rentals that provide easy access for seniors and children (see our companion listing #208005). Secure off-street parking with ramp access to front door.
Just 52 units at Chadham gives the feel of a private secluded beach location with plenty of open space at the pool and on the beach. Enjoy the heated salt chlorinated pool or swimming, surfing, shelling, or just walking on the "no-drive" beach. Unit is just two over from the Tennis Court (with Shuffle Board Court), with outdoor grill and picnic table, and walkout access from ground level patio to pool and beach walkover.
Our condo has the King bedroom located at the beachside end of the unit, with seating and a private double vanity master bathroom, with ocean view vista thru full high glass windows and doors directly to the patio. The Living room area fills out the remainder of the beachside portion, again with full high glass doors across the full end of the room opening onto the patio and beachfront. The Queen bedroom shares the full size hallway bathroom with the Third bedroom, which contains twin beds. All 3 bedrooms include generous closets, with iron and ironing board, extra linens, towels, and blankets as needed. Our Kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, countertop coffee maker and other appliances.

City of New Smyrna Beach provides the Marine Discovery Center with it's water taxi for excursions to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse as well as stops at several restaurants. Deep sea fishing charters available from the city docks along Riverside Park. Less than a hour drive to Cape Kennedy Space Center or to Daytona International Speedway. Just over an hour drive to Orlando's Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the other area attractions.
