This location is so peaceful and has less traffic because the street ends in a cul-de-sac which makes a great environment for children.
Our home has the look and feel of a little Tommy Bahamas getaway. The lush warm tones and eclectic furnishings make a perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Fripp Island has to offer. Our house is right across the street from the Cabana Club which has three separate pools, one pool is heated and the area has a misting cave walk through for a quick cool down, a bar, cafe and an unbelievable view. Great place to spend the day with the little ones as they will enjoy the kiddy pool and their own little slide.
This home has 2 spacious master suites upstairs with king beds and one bedroom downstairs with two queen size beds. All the bedrooms have walk in closets, TVs and over head fans. One of the master bedrooms has a separate shower with a garden tub and a private porch to enjoy.
Fripp “AMENITY CARDS” (which are mandatory for the use of all pools, golf courses, tennis club, restaurants, ect.)
$50 per person over 12 yrs

My family and I just returned from staying a week in this home at Fripp. It was absolutely perfect. The house was everything the photos depicted. It was very comfortable and tastefully decorated, not to mention clean with a well equipped kitchen and wonderful master bedroom. We had one small issue and the owner was quick to remedy that. Our entire party decided Fripp and this house will be our vacation spot again in the near future. Thanks Pam for everything.

Our first experience at Fripp Island. We will definitely be back to Fripp, the beach is absolutely amazing and relaxing!!! And make sure you go to Boondocks, just outside Fripp, for Wednesday Shrimp Night. Awesome! But get there early, like 4:30pm when it opens, or you will be waiting in line at 5pm! Well worth it though!!! Next time we may forget the Amenity Cards and just go there and eat! This home was very nice and clean and the layout is perfect with two master suites upstairs and a downstairs bedroom with twin beds. We only had four in our party so this was a little bigger than we needed but would be perfect for six, or more, people. The privacy off the porches is wonderful. No one directly beside you, or behind you. And the heated pool nearby. Make sure you know your check out time, the maid is very anxious. Drive very carefully on the carts as the security is very strict even on the golf carts....they will ticket you. Definitely have a golf cart, it's the best way to travel. The ladies in the main office are awesome and can give you maps or any info you might need. Look for a gator or two on your cart ride...we saw two! Looking forward to coming back to this beach and to relax!

I have had the pleasure of 2 visits. Had a great time. The house is a beautiful and clean home away from home. The location is great. Was able to ride bikes and drive golf carts everywhere. Beautiful beach and friendly people. Owners are wonderful too. Can't wait to visit again.

Great Location. The house was everything that the picture shows. Extremely clean and nice. We had a great time and the pools were awesome. We had visitors every morning and evening (two bucks and a doe) The porches were great to sit and watch the deer. Great time. Thanks so much for sharing your house with us.
