This beautifully appointed, 3-story red brick Victorian home, located in the prestigious west end of town, is an easy, idyllic 5-minute, 2-block walk to the center of Elk Avenue. The house has 3 bedrooms, 4 queen and 2 twin beds, a 2nd floor den, 3 full bathrooms and a powder room. Several of the rooms have radiant heated floors. There are two gas fireplaces, up-to-date audio/visual throughout, and a state-of-the art Jacuzzi that can comfortably accommodate 6.
The location is truly perfect. It is only 2 blocks to the heart of Elk Avenue and a 5 minute walk along Butte Avenue to the last bus stop heading up to the ski facilities. And guests love the house. Comments from visitors include:

Three stories is ideal as it affords privacy for multiple guests, offers especially beautiful mountain views, and is very quiet. The property is situated in the best part of town, on a beautifully landscaped lot with a front and back yard and a wooden deck in the back.
The first floor has high ceilings throughout. The kitchen is over-sized and has modern appliances and a large bar-height table in the middle for casual dining. There is a separate, large dining room that can accommodate 8 people comfortably around a large round table. The living room is handsomely appointed and has a fireplace.
The second floor has a very comfortable master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with steam shower. The guest room has a queen-size bed. The second floor den is another room for guests to relax in, with a fireplace and gorgeous mountain views.
The top floor is an ideal bunkroom for kids or additional room for adults, with two queen beds, two twin beds, and its own bathroom.

We just returned from Crested Butte for an early Christmas skiing trip. This house was wonderful...The location was perfect for what we needed and the house had everthing and more. Very quite but a short walk to Elk avenue. Thank you Shay for all of your help.. STS from Texas
