  The unit location was very good. Unfortunately the carpet was very dirty which spoiled our satisfaction. This might be very subjective observation: It appeared to us that most of the guest were somewhat unconcerned with other guests wellbeing. There were very loud music on the beach and my brand new flip flop was stolen on the second day...

  Owner response: We strive to provide a high quality and exceptionally tidy condo, and hope that every guest departs with memories of a fantastic vacation. We apologize that you and your spouse were discomforted by the appearance of an area of the carpet, and insure you that every measure has been taken by a professional carpet cleaner to make the carpet fresh and clean in that area, as well as throughout the condo within a short time after you checked out. Unfortunately, we did not have time before you checked in to resolve the issue of carpet stains caused by a prior guest. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we could remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We realize that staying anywhere in the Mid-Destin area during two weeks of Spring Break can be an arduous undertaking for guests not participating in those activities, and would love to suggest a more pleasurable time for you to come back to the area when the beaches are not quite so full of activity. There are many warm and delightful times of the year to visit when I just know you would have a more relaxing time and enjoy your stay so very much!

  We really enjoyed our stay at would definitely recommend this property for future rental. Contact and response time was quick via phone and email. The property is centrally located and staff was very friendly. The unit itself was well maintained. We ate at AJ's, Gilligan's and McGuire's. We thoroughly enjoyed McGuire's for the taste, cost and quantity of food.........enough to take back to the condo for lunch the next day!! They have daily lunch specials, as well. Be careful because the portions are big. My sister and I split the prime rib and we still had enough to split again for lunch the next day. Great smokey flavor. Back to the unit........we will be sure to stay here again and bring my 14-year-old grandson, too. There is one master bedroom with a queen size bed, two bunk beds, a couch and a chaise. It will sleep six using all of these. I liked the fact that the bedroom was away from the living room area and the balcony so I could rest while my sister could watch TV and visit the balcony without interrupting me. Great price, great property!! I have been an inspector for these types of properties in the past and this property is maintained to a high standard.

  Thanks for a great vacation stay at Pelican Beach Resort. Your condo was perfect for our family of 4. The location is great, the view is perfect and the beach is awesome. It wasn't a problem at all not having a washer in the condo. Just a few steps away is the laundry room - never had to wait on the machines. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  Our family had a wonderful time at Pelican Beach. The room was clean and spacious. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. We saw dolphins swimming almost morning from our balcony. The only draw back was that you absolutely could not get in the room any earlier than 3:00. That was a bummer when we drove through the night and arrived at 11:00 in the morning. Once we got in the room, our vacation was perfect!

  Highly recommended. Owner very easy to deal with and prompt to answer any questions. Deposit refunded very promptly after rental. Unit clean, well furnished. Very easy to stay busy doing nothing. Sit on the balcony and soak up the sun, watch over the beach and gulf (watched the dolphins every day) or go down to the beach. We were there for a week....to short of time for all there is to do in the area so we hope to be back in this unit soon. My wife enjoyed this vacation better than the cruise that we normally go on and this cost a lot less. This condo is a real home away from home!

  We enjoyed our stay immensely! The photos of the condo are very accurate and the location and view were perfect! We looked straight out to the blue/green gulf as we sipped our coffee from the balcony. It was just my husband and myself, so we had ample room for everything. We will be back!

  Very peaceful setting for someone wanting a nice quiet vacation. Kitchen had everything I needed to make my own meals. Very relaxing, I hated to leave.

  Thank you for such a wonderful holiday! We had the best time! Everything was so neat and orderly. The reservation process was so simple and you were a pleasure to work with. I definetely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Destin area. You can't go wrong with this one!

Rates do not include the 11% Florida tax.

We require the $250.00 deposit at the time of booking. 50% of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to check in, then the other 50% of the rental fee is due 14 days prior to check in.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

We require a $100 cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights.
