This clean, family friendly home is situated on a quiet wooded level street that is beautiful for walks and playing. Two car garage with auto doors and ample off street parking. Large front yard and huge wilderness yard at rear. Living level is an open floor plan ideal for relaxing and visiting together. Includes one sofa bed, wood burning stove, flat screen TV and surround sound with iPod dock. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wine refer, coffee maker and espresso machine. Lots of windows to enjoy the outside scenery with large front and rear decks. 6 burner Vermont gas grill on rear deck.

Three bedrooms. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, music system with iPod dock, luxurious master bathroom for two with nine head electronic shower, steam shower, double Jacuzzi tub and double sinks, heated towel bar and under floor heating. There is also a 1/2 bathroom on the living floor level. Downstairs room has a queen bed. Second downstairs room has bunk bed with a single on top, double on bottom, two extra twin mattresses available also for that room. Rustic wood floors throughout, two stage furnace for rapid heating and tankless high pressure water heater for endless hot water. Crib, changing table and high chair also available upon request.

Tahoe Donner provides excellent amenities for its members and guests for a small fee using passes provided including a small ski resort, ideal for kids and learners, two golf courses, tennis, three pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center, and a private beach.

  • This is a terrific house for a family vacation: childproof enough to keep a toddler safe from stairs & the woodstove, but very luxurious for the adults in the group. (We wanted to take the jacuzzi tub and steam shower home with us.) The Tahoe Donner ski facilities were perfect for the kids and beginner skiiers in our group, but the backyard was also big enough for us to build a sledding run and stomp around in the snow to our heart's content. The nicest rental we've had in quite some time-- we recommend it highly and will definitely visit again.
