This modern home has many amenities to make your group of family and friends feel right at home. The Cleary House comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
This fabulous vacation home is located just 1 minute south of Florence on a quiet street along the southern shores of the Siuslaw River. Fish the Siuslaw River and perhaps bring home that record Salmon that you’ve always dreamed about. The Florence area is well known for having over 27 lakes where some of the largest trophy fish have been recorded. Bring your quads and sand toys and have a fantastic time at the sand dunes and ATV staging area just a minutes’ drive from the Cleary House. Visit Old Town Florence and explore the wonderful bistros, restaurants, galleries, and shops along Bay Street. Just a few minutes north along the coast and you’ll find fun in the sun and surf at the fabulous Heceta Beach and of course don’t forget to visit the world famous and most photographed Heceta Head Lighthouse as well as the Sea Lion Caves!
Relax out on the deck in the warm sunshine while listening to the gentle sounds of Florence’s natural wildlife. As the tide ebbs, enjoy the scenes of boaters and fisherman and all sorts of watercraft making their runs past the Cleary House. The Cleary House has a beautifully landscaped private yard for that special time of meditation or perhaps the family BBQ.

The large living room and dining room offer stunning panoramic views of the Florence waterfront. The living room has a large sectional with a pullout queen sofa sleeper. You and your guests can sit back and relax while taking in the fabulous views or watching your favorite movie on DVD or cable with the large 42” plasma flat screen TV. Perhaps unwind and cozy up to the built-in electric fireplace.
The wide open floor plan allows for plenty of room for dining while taking in the views with 8 people at the beautiful dining table and space for more at the counter. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare most gourmet meals including convection oven, dishwasher and microwave as well as a host of small appliances such as a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, mixer and more.
With the convenience of 3 full baths your group can spend less time getting ready and more time enjoying all that Florence has to offer. The 1st bedroom has 2 sets bunk beds and sleeps 4 comfortably. The solar tube in the ceiling allows warm sunlight in during the day and the soft moonlight in at night. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed for 2 as well as its own master bath and sitting area.
Wind down the day in plush king sized bed in the upstairs master bedroom suite. This master suite offers a bonus room with large picture windows offering the finest views of Florence day and night. Sit back and relax in the wonderful massage chair while taking in some of the finest sunsets of purple, orange and gold right from your own bedroom.

is due at booking, must be check, cash or MO. Final Payment, due 30 days prior to
arrival. Cancellations within 2-4 wks of arrival, refunded if Home is re-rented!
Cancellations 14 days prior will not be refunded! $50 fee for all cancellations!
