I am sorry but I can not recommend this unit because it is so uncomfortable. The furniture is nearly worn out and the mattresses are too. Our backs hurt every day. The place was clean and could be really nice with just a couple of comfortable chairs like recliners and good firm mattresses on the beds.
Owner response:Our condo has been listed on VRBO since 2003 and has never received a negative review. Guests come back to our unit year after year. We have received the highest rating "Superior" since 1997 from our onsite management company. The plush, comfortable sectional couch is only 3 years old. The mattresses were inspected by management company in March 2011 and no problems were reported. Many travelers do not like firm, hard mattresses. The floor plan in our condo does not allow for bulky recliners. We attempt to furnish our condo with furniture and mattresses that appeal to the majority of our renters. We spend thousands of dollars to maintain our condo and our "Superior" rating. For example, this past year we replaced all the kitchen appliances. That is why our guests keep coming back and we have solid bookings throughout the entire year. The Owners UPDATE: February 5, 2012 A brand new king mattress/box-springs was added in the Master Bedroom in October 2011 and a complete new bedroom set and beds were added in the second bedroom. We are very proud to mention that our Unit 610 had the most reservations for a 2 bedroom condo at The Inn at Crystal Beach in 2011. We also spent thousands of dollars replacing patio and interior doors, kitchen flatware, utensils, dinnerware, area rugs, and an entertainment iPod-Smart Phone system.
